I first met Neel at Cal State University of Fullerton in 2015. After a year of being friends we officially started dating in July of 2016. I remember Neel taking me to get tacos for our first date and officially ask me out! I was nervous and excited because he was my first boyfriend. Little did I know where this would take me!

I took Jacki to Hawaii for our 1st vacation as a couple and we kept it a secret from her parents because we had just started dating. We ate, hiked and lounged our way to some lifelong memories. This trip made me know we had something special here.

Neel and I planned a trip to Greece for us two which our parents got word of. Both sets of our parents wanted to come so we thought this would be a great time for both families to meet! Despite it being their first time meeting each other, they hit it off. Through exploring and dining together in Greece, our families were joined.

I had known for a while that I was going to propose, but i was looking for the right moment to surprise her. This moment arose when I was scheduled on a work trip to Hawaii. I knew then that this was where I was going to ask her. Despite her suspicions, I was able to convince her that the trip was strictly business. I surprised her with a sunrise proposal at our favorite beach in a moment I will never forget.

A start to a wonderful adventure, we took another big step together by becoming first time homeowners! We are so excited to one day grow our family here and create memories with everyone we love.
