Venue Room Block & Booking Information
We have a room block at the venue, Live! By Loewe's Arlington Hotel. There are two ways to make a reservation and receive our room block rate:
1) If you would like to book online, please click the link below and you’ll receive the room block rate.
2) If you would like to book over the phone, please call the Loews reservation line at 1-800-235-6397 and follow the prompts to the Arlington, Texas location concierge to make reservation requests.

Parking at the venue and for all hotel guests will be complimentary self-parking. Valet is also available at the front entrance to the venue.
DFW & Love Field Airports
Dallas has two major airports and both are equally convenient distances from our venue. Dallas-Forth-Worth Airport (DFW) is a major hub for all major airline carriers and Dallas-Love Field is the Southwest Airlines hub.
