GETTING HERE
Our wedding celebrations will be in and around Wimborne Minster on the weekend of 27th July 2019.
Wimborne Minster is a rural town in the County of Dorset, a short distance from the coastal towns of Poole and Bournemouth and a little over one hundred miles south west of London.
AIR
International Flights
Flights to London Heathrow (LHR) and Gatwick (LGW). For direct link to Dorset via coach Heathrow is the more convenient.
European Airlines
Many European airlines fly into Southampton. Southampton Airport Parkway railway station is immediately adjacent to the airport with frequent trains to Bournemouth (a 45 minute journey). www.southamptonairport.com

COACH / BUS
From Central London (Victoria station) and Heathrow and Gatwick airports there is a good bus service to Bournemouth. Pre-booking is required www.nationalexpress.com
CAR
Wimborne Minster and Bournemouth are about two hours drive from Heathrow, two and a half hours from Gatwick, and two hours from London (once you hit the outskirts), however the traffic to the South coast can be very heavy and slow in the summer, journey times can double especially at the weekend so allow plenty of time.
