The escalator entrance to Metropolis Events is located on the Upper Level of the Southgate complex. All signage within the complex and the lifts from the Wilson Car Park (click circular image to view) indicate ‘Upper Level’.

Entry via City Road or Southgate Avenue (24-hour access). Take car park lift to “upper and podium level”. Turn right upon exiting the lift on Upper Level and the escalator entrance is directly in front of you. Wilson Parking is a public car park. Rates available on the Wilson Parking website: www.wilsonparking.com.au

Closest drop off point is on Southgate Avenue between Quay West Suites and Hamer Hall. Walk towards the Yarra River and proceed up the spiral staircase to the top. At the top of the staircase, enter the Southgate complex (you will enter on the Upper Level).

Opposite Federation Square

Exit via Flinders Walk (Yarra River side of station). Cross the Southbank pedestrian bridge. Enter the Southgate complex and proceed up the escalators or lift to “Upper Level”. The escalators to Metropolis are situated in front of Bluetrain Restaurant.
