They have negotiated special rates and amenities for us and our guests, for our celebration and will handle everyone's travel arrangements to ensure you are included in our group block and activities. This is the only way to get access to these special activities, so it is important for you to work with our agent on your travel plans. We are certain Travel Time - TPI will take great care of you and there are no additional charges for you to use their services (and it helps us!)

- Making your travel arrangements (air and hotel) including charter air flight or other air if needed
- Handling your deposit and payments for your trip
- Round trip transfers from the airport to the hotel/port
- Answering questions you may have about the cruise, room categories, excursions and activities
- Troubleshooting - have a concern or challenge that arises before, during or after your trip - Leah or Lois will handle it for you!

To reserve your cabin, there's a $199 per person non-refundable deposit.
When you have decided to join Melissa & Adam on their special day and are ready to book your vacation:
Please fill out the Guest Information Form. It's important that your name is exactly as per your Passport (full name including middle if it's shown).
If you have loyalty status with another cruise line please indicate it on your form. MSC will match the loyalty level.
Why do I need it?
We understand that when you’re travelling, you don’t want to worry about a thing. But events happen, even to the well-prepared travellers. You may have to cancel your trip at the last minute to tend to a family emergency. You may need medical assistance when you’re away. Your baggage may go missing, or there may be damage to your personal property. You just never know.
Ask yourselves a few questions:
1) What happens if my trip has to be cut short, or I have to extend my trip due to an illness at destination?
2) Would I be able to (or want to) pay for toiletries/clothes and other necessities if my luggage is lost?
3) Could I afford an air ambulance home?
4) Does my current coverage through work or my credit card pay up front for medical expenses? or cover everyone that's travelling with me?

We recommend flying into London 1 night prior to the cruise in case of flight delays - you don't want to miss the ship!
Commonly our clients will stay an extra night or 2 in the area - If you're interested in a pre or post stay in the area, we can help arrange that for you, with planning, pricing and making the reservations. It will be a seamless process.
We can help you with transfers from the airport/hotel to and from the cruise port, as travel gets closer.
