How do I book my room?

We have worked with our travel agent Kathryn Potter to negotiate a great group rate and pre-reserve rooms for the group. These rooms are reserved at a discounted rate on a first-come, first-served basis. Booking with the group will ensure that you are officially recognized as part of our wedding events. Our group rates also include round-trip transportation in Mexico.

We have paid a deposit to pre-reserve rooms on your behalf and kindly ask that you work with Kathryn for your resort booking.

We have pre-reserved rooms for the travel window of April 5-11, 2023. You may arrive and depart when you'd like, but please note that the resort requires a 3 night minimum stay.

Space is not guaranteed after these rooms are filled; the sooner you make your deposit and reserve your room, the better. Early RSVPs help us determine if we need to add more rooms to the room block.

To start the reservation process, please visit Kathryn's site for FAQ's and the reservation form. You must complete the reservation form to book your room.

Reservation & Deposit Deadline

Your reservation & room deposit is due by November 2, 2022
Your final room payment is due by December 14, 2022

While we ask that you book your room with our group (with Kathryn), you are welcome to book your own airfare however you'd like. If you book your own air, kindly forward the confirmation to Kathryn no later than February 1, 2023. This is how Kathryn schedules your (included!) transportation in Cancun.

Key People
Bridesmaids
Monica Flores
Monica Flores
Maid of Honor
It all started in freshman year of high school almost 15 years ago... we were both running for the Student Government Class President position, but Monica ended up beating me in the end (don't worry, I was able to take another position).  We gradually became the best of friends and have been almost inseparable ever since, quickly becoming a common addition on numerous Stockamp family vacations.  I am honored to have her stand by my side as my Maid of Honor.
Tina Bonsignore
Tina Bonsignore
Bridesmaid
From tennis competitors to tennis partners to the best of friends over the last 15 years, Tina has stuck through thick and thin over the years.  We always found time to stay connected and see each other, no matter how far we lived apart in the state of Florida (which is quite a long state).  Tina always has one of the brightest, most positive attitudes of anyone you will ever meet, and I am so honored she will stand by my side as a Bridesmaid.
Groomsmen
Trey Miller
Trey Miller
Best Man
20 years ago, Brian and Trey met through swimming then became classmates in high school, quickly becoming good friends.  They both continued to swim in GPAC until they left for college.  Despite the changes and moves, Trey and Brian never lost touch.  Both share a love for spearfishing, hunting, cars and the water. Trey has been a dependable and consistent friend to Brian through all the tough times and the good times. Brian couldn't have asked for a better friend, and he immediately knew who to ask to be his Best Man.
Turner Senn
Turner Senn
Groomsman
Brian met Turner 9 years ago while Brian was training to join the Navy. Brian and Turner found they shared a mutual love for fitness and physical well-being, a kick off to their lasting friendship.  Turner has always been a genuine, honest friend who has always been there when Brian ever called, needed advice or motivation. Brian has found a lifelong friend in Turner and is honored to have him stand by his side as a Groomsman.
Attractions
Isla Mujeres

While we did not explore Isla Mujeres, the staff at the resort spoke highly of the island and recommended visiting for snorkeling or diving.  There are also various sites to see, like the Punta Sur, which houses the ancient temple honoring the Mayan Goddess Ixchel.

You can coordinate transportation to the island through Lomas Travel (same company providing transportation from the airport to the resort)

Rafa Nadal Tennis Centre

You should have seen my face driving past the Rafa Nadal tennis centre when driving into the resort - it is only 3 miles away!  You could consider touring the museum on site, look into receiving a tennis lesson or stop through the store or cafe.

El Meco Archaeological Site

While we did not venture off the resort to explore nearby sites, I spent time looking into nearby locations that may be worth an exploration.  If you would like to take the time to explore Mayan ruins, this may be worth looking into.

Cenote Azul

We learned about cenotes while on the resort, but we did not travel off site to visit any of these various cenotes in the area.  If you wouldn't mind hopping into a car for a couple hours, Cenote Azul looks beautiful, and I added a link to a blog last updated in June 2022.

Gifts

In lieu of a registry, we consider your attendance to our destination celebration to be your gift.

For those who desire to provide an additional gift, you may contribute to our honeymoon fund.

Views from the beach at the resort - what you can be looking forward to!
