Woohoo! Pack your bags, we are going to Mexico! We are very excited to have you join us for our wedding festivities. To make things simple, we've hired a travel agent to help our guests arrange accommodation. We've chosen to stay at Secrets Tulum in Riviera Maya, Mexico and have already arranged a room block for our guests.

Many details are below, but here are a few IMPORTANT things to note:

1. Only have 1 person from your party make a room reservation using the form below. Don't have 2 people in the same room fill out the form. Just one form per room.

2. Secrets Tulum is an adult-only, all-inclusive property and the max occupancy per room varies based on which room category is chosen. See the "Accomodation" section for details.

3. To guarantee availability and pricing, please put down your deposit with our agent as soon as possible! We have a certain amount of rooms for set dates and rooms are first come, first served. A majority of the rooms are king bed only.

To be considered part of the wedding group, you must book through the group rates and not through any other method (even directly with the hotel). We have negotiated competitive group rates and secured a room block to make this as easy as possible. Additional fees will apply to visit the resort or come to wedding related events should you book off property. The pre-negotiated rates include all-inclusive hotel accommodations, hotel tax and fees. Room categories are available on a first come, first serve basis within the block.

• IMPORTANT: To book at these rates you are REQUIRED to stay a minimum of 3 nights or more.

• Rates are available 3-5 days pre/post the room block (based on availability)

• Shared transfers will be automatically added to the reservation for your convenience. The cost for shared transfers from Cancun airport to Secrets Tulum is $98 per person. If you wish to book your own transfers or upgrade to a private transfer, please let our travel agent Kerri know. Otherwise the shared transfers will be automatically added to your reservation at the cost of $98 per person.

• Any changes must be done in writing (via email) and changes requested after the balance due date must be paid for in full upfront before they are confirmed.

The closest airport to the resort is Cancun International Airport, (CUN).

We recommend booking your flights as early as you can and securing flights that work best with your schedule. You can reserve your flights directly with your preferred airline. Please plan to arrive 24 – 36 hours before the wedding day in case of any delays or cancellations. A friendly reminder that the wedding is Friday, November 1st 2024.

If you arrive at Secrets Tulum before the check-in time, you can utilize all of the amenities (pool, restaurants, activities, etc.). Pack a small bag with swimwear and other essentials to take advantage of the amenities while you wait for your room to be ready.

PLEASE MAKE YOUR RESERVATION NO LATER THAN:
June 1st 2024

DEPOSIT: is $50 PER PERSON

FINAL PAYMENT - due no later than June 10th 2024. All payments must be received by that date or the rooms will be canceled. There are no exceptions to this so please plan your payments according.

CANCELATION TERMS: Cancel before June 10th 2024 and any payments are fully refundable. Cancel on or after June 10th 2024 and all payments become non-refundable. We recommend purchasing trip insurance for any unforseen events that may cause last minute cancelations.

• After submitting your form, Sunlover Travel will send you an invoice showing your room category, dates, deposit and balance information within 72 hours (unless you submit your form on the weekend or holiday).

• If you checked "yes" for the optional insurance you will be contacted by Sunlover Travel with the options and pricing. We cannot move forward with your booking until we hear back from you. This is because insurance can only be added to the booking at the time of deposit.

• 2 -4 weeks prior to your final payment deadline, Sunlover Travel will send you a reminder email in case you need to update your file with a new card.

• Once your final payment has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your updated invoice as well as an additional email that contains your travel documents. Travel documents are electronic. Please be sure to save that email.

• You will be reminded to send in your flight information to Sunlover Travel no later than 30 days prior to departure.

• As we get closer to travel, Sunlover will send a group email with additional information and tips on traveling to Mexico!

All of the Junior Suite rooms are available for a max of 5nts (Oct 29th - Nov 3rd 2024).

All Junior Suites are 657sqft and include a full bathroom with seperate rain shower and a balcony or terrace. The swim-out rooms are on the 1st floor and have direct swim out access. Max occupancy is 2 adults per room with the exception of the Junior Suite Double Beds. Please inquire about pricing for 3 adults in that room category.

Junior Suite Tropical View King:

3 Nights: $1905.40 (for 2 adults)

Junior Suite Tropical View Doubles (this is the only room category that allows up to 3 adults):

The Preferred Club rooms are available for up to 5nts (Oct 29th - Nov 3rd 2024) or up to 7nts (Oct 29 - Nov 5th 2024)

All Preferred Club rooms are 657sqft and include a full bathroom with seperate rain shower and a balcony or terrace. The swim-out rooms are on the 1st floor and have direct swim out access. Max occupancy is 2 adults per room. Preferred Club rooms are located in the Preferred section of the resort and come with special amenities:

Because sometimes, you have to cancel a trip at last-minute. Travel insurance can reimburse you for your pre-paid, non-refundable trip costs – including vacation rentals, car rentals, hotels, and flights – if you have to cancel for a covered reason.

During the reservation process, the registration form asks whether you are interested in travel insurance. Simply, select 'yes', and you will receive a quote directly from our travel agent. The price of travel insurance varies based on the cost of your package.

We have the rooms contracted in the room block from October 29th - November 5th 2024. Please note some room categories are 3-5nts while others are 6-7 nights. If you require dates outside of what we have reserved in the room block. Please contact our travel agent first before submitting the reservation form.

Once your reservation request form is received, your request and deposit will be processed and you will be sent an invoice. If there are questions or more information is needed, our travel agent will reach out via email.

You don't have to pay all at once. The minimum deposit amount is $50 per person (ie: if there are 2 adults in the room the total deposit is $100). Book early and make payments when it is convenient for you. Simply email kerri@sunlovertravel.com when you would like to make a payment with the card you place on file.

WILL I NEED A PASSPORT?

Yes! A passport is needed to fly to and from the U.S. and Mexico. A passport card will NOT work. Please take the time now to locate your passport and check the expiration date; make sure it is valid for 6 months after your anticipated return date. I FOUND A CHEAPER PRICE ONLINE, CAN YOU MATCH IT?

We are confident in our pricing but if you were to find a cheaper “deal” outside of Sunlover Travel please allow us an opportunity to price match. We would like to do our best to keep family and friends consolidated in the block at the resort for accountability and organization for the staff. To expedite the process, please take a dated screen shot of what you found. It must include the final total price (with all taxes and fees), what the price includes (dates and room category), the website you found it on.

DO I NEED A COVID TEST?

At this time, no testing is required to enter Mexico and no testing is required to enter the United States.

AM I REQUIRED TO BE VACCINATED?

No. At this time Mexico does not require proof of vaccination to enter.
