In 2016, we met at a friend’s house. It was an ordinary day, but looking back, it was the beginning of everything.

In 2017, we had our first date at Navy Pier in Chicago, where Matt asked me to be his girlfriend. Later that year, we took our first vacation together and haven't stopped exploring the world since.

In 2018, Matt left for boot camp, and we began a new chapter—one that taught us the strength of our love. Although we were apart, our connection grew stronger as we learned to love from a distance. We cherished every letter and call until we were together again.

In 2019, we had a quieter year while Matt was in tech school. Once he was back home, we enjoyed making up for all the time lost together.

In 2020, we took a trip to Nashville and made some great memories. Soon after, Matt deployed for the first time, and we adjusted to the challenges of being apart once again.

In 2021, Matt came home from his deployment and I graduated college. We focused on what mattered most—spending time with family, reconnecting, and soaking up every moment together. We traveled more, creating unforgettable experiences.

In 2022, we moved in together. We began a new chapter, turning our first apartment into a home. It has been filled with a lot of love, laughter, and learning.

In 2023, the most unforgettable year of our journey began as Matt asked the easiest question of my life, and I said yes! With that one simple word, our love story entered a beautiful new chapter—one filled with dreams of forever, and excitement for all the future holds.

In 2024, we casually went to the store, but little did we know we’d come home with something so precious—a sweet pup named Nala! She instantly stole our hearts, and just like that, our little family grew by four paws.

In 2025, we say “I do” and begin the most exciting chapter of our lives. Surrounded by the love of our family and friends, we’ll celebrate not just our wedding, but the incredible journey that brought us here. Here’s to forever, side by side, with love leading the way.
