We're very excited to have you join us for our wedding weekend.

We've chosen to stay at Grand Palladium Costa Mujeres Resort & Spa and TRS Coral Hotel and would encourage you to stay with us!

To simplify things, we've hired a Groups Travel Advisor, Travel With Great Company, to help our guests arrange accommodations. They have secured discounted group rates for us at the resort.

Many details are below, but here are a few IMPORTANT things to note:

1. There is a 3-night stay minimum. Please arrive at the resort no later than Friday, June 9th, 2023. Friendly reminder, the wedding is Saturday, June 10th, 2023.

This is YOUR vacation as well! You can stay at the resort for up to 7 nights within our discounted room block.

2. A minimum non-refundable deposit of $100 per person is required to secure your room by November 30, 2022.

3. We recommend 2 people per room for optimal comfort, but some rooms can accommodate up 3 adults.

4. To guarantee availability and discounted pricing, please submit your deposit as soon as possible! We have 39 rooms in our room block. Once we exceed that, there are no guarantees.

5. We highly encourage you to stay at the resort and book with the wedding group. All wedding activities will take place at the resort. If you stay elsewhere or you book outside the wedding group, you will have to purchase a day pass to attend the wedding and reception, starting from $160+ a day/per person, which is basically the same cost as booking with the group and staying at the resort w/ our discounted rates.

6. Please book your own flights to Cancun International Airport (CUN). Flight costs are not included in the resort booking. Many travelers like to use loyalty points or travel credits. We recommend booking your flights as early as you can.

We can help you if you need assistance booking your flights. Please note the full price of the flight will be due at the time of booking.

7. Airport transfers are not included in the price, roundtrip private group transfers are $73.75 per person.

The airport we're flying into is Cancun (CUN).

We recommend you book your flights as early as you can. You may book it via your favorite airline.

Since you'll be booking your room with our group, we can also book your flight and/or group private or multi-stop shared transportation to and from the airport.

If you would like us to book your flight, this can be arranged. In the reservation form, mark "YES" to the flight question, and you will be contacted to verify your preferences. The flight will require full payment to be submitted the day we send you the itinerary and price.

*Words of Advice*
- Please give yourself at least 24-36 hrs before the wedding day to arrive in case of delays or flight cancellations.

- If you arrive at the resort before check-in time, you can utilize all the amenities (pool, restaurants, activities, etc.). Pack a small bag with swimwear and other necessities to utilize the resort while you wait for your room.

• Cancelations after March 16, 2023 will result in 100% penalty.
