Woohoo! Pack your bags, we're going to Mexico! We are very excited to have you join us for our wedding weekend. To make things simple, we've hired a travel agent to help our guests arrange accommodation. We've chosen to stay at Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach All Incluisve and have already arranged a room block for our guests.

Many details are below, but here are a few IMPORTANT things to note:

1. Only have 1 person from your party make a room reservation using the form below. Don't have 2 people in the same room fill out the form.

2. Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach is a family resort and the max occupancy per room is 4. All rooms have either 1 king bed or 2 double beds. (3 Adults) or (2 Adults + 2 kids).

3. Transportation to and from the airport are included in your booking price. No need to arrange a taxi when arriving or leaving Mexico.

4. To guarantee availability and discounted pricing, please put down your deposit with our agent as soon as possible!

Deposit is $75 dollars per person!

FINAL PAYMENT - due no later than July 1,2024. All payments must be received by that date or the rooms will be canceled. There are no exceptions to this so please plan your payments accordingly.

CANCELATION TERMS: Cancel before July 1,2024 and any payments are refundable. Cancel on or after July 1, 2024 and all payments become non-refundable. We recommend purchasing trip insurance for any unforseen events that may cause last minute cancelation

If you require dates outside of what we have reserved or a room category not in the room block, please contact our travel agent first before submitting the reservation form.

Once your reservation request form is received, your request and deposit will be processed and you will be sent an invoice. If there are questions or more information is needed, our travel agent will reach out via email.

You don't have to pay all at once. The minimum deposit amount is $75 per person (ie: if there are 2 adults in the room the total deposit is $150). Book early and make payments when it is convenient for you.

To be considered part of the wedding group, you must book through the group rates and not through any other method (even directly with the hotel). We have negotiated competitive group rates and secured a room block to make booking as simple as possible. Additional fees will apply to visit the resort or come to wedding-related events should you book off the property. The pre-negotiated rates include all-inclusive hotel accommodations, hotel tax, and fees. Room categories are available on a first-come, first-serve basis within the block. Please see below for room categories.

 • IMPORTANT: To book at these rates you are REQUIRED to stay a minimum of 3 nights.

• Rates are available 3-7 days pre/post the room block (based on availability)

• Any changes must be done in writing (via email) and changes requested after the balance due date must be paid for in full upfront before they are confirmed.

Junior Ocean View Suites

With over 538 square feet of living space, our luxurious ocean-view Junior Suites feature a fully-equipped kitchenette for convenient in-room dining, plush living area with over-sized chairs facing the ocean, elegant sleeping quarters furnished with one king bed or two queen beds, and a private balcony or terrace with outdoor seating. Max occupancy: 4.

3 Nights: 1O-13, 2024 - $1348 for 2 adults and transfers
4 Nights: Oct 10-14, 2024 - $1776 for 2 adults and transfers
5 Nights: Oct 9-14, 2024 - $2204 for 2 adults and transfers

Executive Ocean View Suites

Perfect for families or parties of four, our Executive Suites feature over 1088 square feet of living space and spectacular ocean views. Executive Suites include a complete kitchenette, a dining area with table and chairs, a cozy living area with a sofa sleeper, and a private bedroom furnished with a plush king bed or two queens. Max occupancy: 6.

3 Nights: 1O-13, 2024 - $1588 for 2 adults and transfers
4 Nights: Oct 10-14, 2024 - $2096 for 2 adults and transfers
5 Nights: Oct 9-14, 2024 - $2604 for 2 adults and transfers

Super Executive Ocean View Suites

Our spacious Super Executive Suites feature spectacular ocean views and a hot tub. These premium accommodations have a fully equipped kitchenette, dining area with table and chairs, a cozy living area with a sofa sleeper, and a private bedroom furnished with a plush king bed or two queens. Max occupancy: 6.
