Getting There
Our wedding festivities are taking place in Malindi - a 65 minute flight away from Nairobi (Kenya's capital city). To get the best air fares, we advise that you book your flights as soon as possible.
Flying via Nairobi?
There are several airlines that fly to Nairobi's Jomo Kenyatta International Airport e.g. Kenya Airways, British Airways, Emirates, Qatar Airways, Etihad, Air France, KLM, Swiss Air, Lufthansa etc.
You can then get a connecting flight from Nairobi to Mombasa using either Silverstone, Fly540 or Jambojet - Kenya's local air carriers.
If you're flying to Malindi via Nairobi, you will need to clear Immigration, Customs and collect your bags in Nairobi before changing terminals to catch your domestic flight to Mombasa.
Flying to Mombasa without stopping over in Nairobi?
There are also a few airlines that fly to Mombasa without stopping over in Nairobi e.g. Turkish Airlines, RwandAir and Ethiopian Airlines.
You shall clear Immigration, Customs and receive your bags in Mombasa. From there you can get transfers to Malindi which is a 2 hour drive.

You can either get a visa on arrival at the airport in Kenya, or before you travel (i.e. an eVisa). To minimise time spent queuing at the airport, we would recommend you to get an eVisa before you travel. You can apply for an eVisa online at: evisa.go.ke
Kindly note that your passport should be valid for a minimum of 6 months from the date of entry into Kenya to meet the visa requirements.

Once you have booked your flights, we kindly request that you share your travel details with us via e-mail at jay.kenyan@gmail.com so that we can make the necessary airport transfer arrangements.
Between the 27th and 30th of June, we have made arrangements for your return transfers from Moi International Airport and Malindi International Airport to Dreams Of Africa, Malindi. As soon as you have collected your bags at the airport, please make your way out into the Arrivals hall where you will be met with a #Malizad representative, who will take you to the resort. Airport drop-off logistics will be conveyed to you upon check-in to the resort.

We have a block of rooms reserved at the hotels for 3 nights from Thursday 27th June to Saturday 29th June.
We kindly request you to reserve your rooms by e-mailing us at jay.kenyan@gmail.com. When doing so, please share with us:
- a copy of your Passport photo page
- names of all guests staying in the room
- ages of any children 12 years and under.
If you plan on arriving to Malindi earlier than the 27th June, please let us know via e-mail on the aforementioned address.
