We would love for everyone who has arrived, together with your children and any other family members who may have travelled with you, to join us for a relaxing float in a kayak down the River Sorgue. This is a unique way to see the beauty of Isle Sur La Sorgue, and will give us all the chance to catch a few rays of sunshine before the party really gets started!
The kayak is easy and suitable for all ages, provided you can get in and out of the boat. The cost of the trip is Euro 20.00 per person.
If you would prefer not to get wet, we would recommend spending the afternoon wandering around the shops and cafes of Isle Sur La Sorgue. The antiques are plentiful, the coffee is good and the rosé wine is even better!
This may be fairly obvious, but you will need to bring a swimming costume or clothes you don't mind getting wet, trainers or river shoes (no sandals or flip flops), a towel / change of clothes, and sun cream.
Welcome Aperatif
We hope you can all join us for a welcome aperitif at Bistro le 5 in the breathtaking commune of Menerbes, a hilltop village in the Luberon region.
A 20 minute drive from Isle Sur La Sorgue, Menerbes is widely considered to be one of the prettiest villages in Provence and is well worth the drive. On top of this, we consider Bistro le 5 to have one of the best restaurant views we have ever seen!
Post-Aperitif
Following the aperitif, we highly recommend booking a table for dinner at Bistro le 5. If you would like to do so, please let us know in your RSVP and we can assist in booking a table for you. If you plan to return to Isle Sur La Sorgue, please take a look on our recommendations tab for places to eat.

Lounge Suits and Cocktail Dress
Elliott has elected to wear black tie and would love if you gentlemen would join him, or elect for national dress!
Girls, the wedding will be on grass so highly recommend flats or wedges to stop you sinking!
Getting There
We ask that you make your own way to the venue either on foot or by car. Le Domaine de Palerme is only a 20 minute walk from the centre of Isle sur la Sorgue. If you would prefer to drive there is ample parking at the venue.
Please let us know in the rsvp if you would like us to assist in finding you transportation to the venue.
Return Shuttle Service
While we ask you to make your own way there, we hope no one is in a fit state to make your own way home!!
We will run a shuttle taxi service from midnight onwards which will operate within a 5km radius of Isle sur la Sorgue. Unfortunately if you pick accommodation outside this radius, the shuttle may not be able to service you.
Cars can be left and can be collected the next day after brunch (or the day after...).
If you are staying in Isle Sur la Sorgue, we invite you to join us for a relaxed brunch around the pool on Saturday. We will be delighted to see you all, your children and family before everyone goes back to their respective corners of the world.
We will have a bbq and plenty more rosé wine, and of course the swimming pool will be open!
