We will be in Cafe De Hemel pub, in the centre of Nijmegen, for a few drinks Friday late afternoon, to have the chance to spend some more time with those arriving on Friday (and take those nerves away). We will be there from 16:30 - 19:00.

We have reserved a section at Cafe De Hemel, an excellent pub in the old town which brews its own beer. If the weather holds there is a super terrace, if not the inside bar area is equally as nice.

This is intended to be informal event and an optional extra for those who may already be in Nijmegen or The Netherlands. If you do plan in joining please let us know so we have a rough idea of numbers for the venue.

We will be providing snacks and will put a small amount of money behind the bar, after which drinks will be at guests own expense - don't worry, the main event on Saturday has an open bar!

It is worth mentioning that most pubs/cafes in the Netherlands do not accept Mastercard, Visa or AmEx (they only use Maestro). As such we advise those without a Maestro card to bring cash with them (and if going for dinner later etc.)
