Buses to the wedding venue are being provided for all guests. The pick up point will be in downtown Nashville, where we recommend our guests to stay. The exact location and details will be announced on the Events section of this website (likely the Omni Hotel). 

Drop off after the wedding will be to downtown. 

We recommend guests aim to stay in Downtown Nashville. There are many options for accommodation in the city and we will not be reserving hotel blocks to give you the flexibility to choose where you would like to stay. Below is a rough guideline of the areas which are close to Nashville tourist attractions and the bus pickup / drop off. 

Broadway in downtown is the main strip where bars are located but this is very congested and very loud (party vibe). We recommend staying a few streets off of this area as well as other areas like the Gulch,  Sobro, areas of Music Row / near Vanderbilt University. Click the photo below to see the guideline. 

We highly encourage you to start looking at tentatively reserving accommodation ASAP (especially those with options for free cancellation so you have flexibility to change). A few nice hotels in the area we recommend are The Omni Hotel, JW Marriott, Hutton Hotel, The Graduate, Kimpton Aertson Hotel and W Nashville although there are a wide range of options in the vicinity.

In addition, if you're arriving with other friends or family it might be ideal to coordinate where you're staying or get an Airbnb (see Airbnb section below). 

Families and groups of friends may want to opt for Airbnb's. We recommend the 12 South neighbourhood for renting an Airbnb. This is much more affordable and is a safe area to walk around in and get coffee nearby. It is a short uber ride into downtown nashville but a great alternative to the hotel options. 

We want to provide you the flexibility of choosing the right accommodation for you, so in addition to the Downtown hotels and 12 South Airbnb's, if you're opting for a more affordable hotel you can consider the Green Hills accommodation options. In particular we would recommend the following:

Courtyard by Marriott Nashville Green Hills 

Hilton Nashville Green Hills

Residence Inn by Marriott Nashville Green Hills

This would be a short Uber/Lyft ride to downtown Nashville but offers a more affordable hotel option.
