Will this stay be all-inclusive?

Yes.

What's the best way to RSVP?

You will get an e-invite followed by a formal invite, but we ask for the sake of the destination wedding that you rsvp via the e-invite as soon as possible.

When is the RSVP deadline?

We kindly ask you to book no later than October 19, 2023.  

Have you booked hotel room blocks for guests?

Yes, please click the link to review the discounted room rates. www.destinationweddings.com Please note that this is an all-inclusive plan.

Is there anything that’s not included?

You’ll want to bring some 1’s and 5’s as gratuity for the bartenders and servers taking care of you throughout your stay. Keep in mind, your shuttle driver isn’t a part of the resort staff, so bring some cash for your transfer driver. Additional excursions or spa treatments are also not included and can be paid with a credit card at the resort.

What if I choose not to stay at the El Dorado Royale?

All guests of the wedding MUST stay at the resort. No exceptions.

What is the dress code?

We ask that you please dress in island chic attire.

Are kids invited to the wedding?

The El Dorado Royale is an Adult Only Resort.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony to post on social media?

Yes, you may take pictures. 

What will the weather be like in in this area?

In June, the temperature will be between 80-90 degrees. 

I have dietary restrictions/allergies. What is the best way to let you know?

How long should I plan to stay at the resort?

We strongly encourage you to stay 3 nights at a minimum. On Sunday, June 9th, we'd love to greet you with our Welcome Party. Monday will be our celebration.  On Tuesday we will work to organize optional excursions. We would love to have some fun in the sun with you.  

Do you have a wedding registry?

Yes we do. You can locate our registries on the Registry tab.

I am not able to attend the wedding in person. Will there be a virtual wedding celebration?

Unfortunately, we will not have virtual wedding celebration for those who cannot attend.
