Woohoo! Pack your bags, we're going to Mexico! We're very excited to have you join us for our wedding weekend. To make things simple, we've hired a travel agent to help our guests arrange accommodation. We've chosen to stay at the Live Aqua Beach Resort Cancun, and would encourage you to stay with us!

Many details are below, but here are a few IMPORTANT things to note:

1. Only have 1 person from your party make a room reservation using the form below. Don't have 2 people in the same room fill out the form.

2. We recommend groups of 2 reserve rooms for optimal comfort, but rooms can accommodate up to 3 guests.

We've quoted prices for groups of 2 below, please check with our travel agent to see what rates would be for a room with additional occupants.

3. Transportation to and from the airport is included in your booking price. No need to arrange a taxi when arriving or leaving Cancun.

4. To guarantee availability and discounted pricing, please put down your retainer with our agent as soon as possible!

We have a 24-hour emergency line available for our clients if there should be any flight delays or problems at the resort while traveling. Our amazing supplier will work with you to help resolve your problem.

Most importantly, our strong relationship with the resort helps to ensure that members of the Hruby-Stogsdill Wedding Party that are booked through us will not be walked and placed in another resort due to overbooking.

Book My Room Now Deposit is Required

You don't have to pay all at once! Book early and take advantage of the Easy Monthly Payment Plan. It is interest-free! All you have to do is submit your secured payment form online.

It will give Your Vacation Plan (or our affiliates) permission to debit your Debit OR Credit Card for any amount you choose, and how often you choose.

A minimum non-refundable deposit of $150 per person by October 19th, 2021 (plus insurance if you choose to add it.) is due at booking in order to secure your room and shared roundtrip airport/resort/airport transportation.

If you are booking a single room (only 1 guest in the room) your non-refundable deposit is $250.00

On October 20th, 2021 a second non-refundable deposit equal to two-room nights in the room category booked is due at this time.

***The final balance is due by November 11th, 2021.***

After final payment is received, this is non-refundable, and full (100%) penalties apply after this date.

PLEASE READ!
Rooms are reserved at a discounted rate, on a first-come, first-served basis. Our agents will do their best to honor the discounted rate outside the 30 rooms, however, the early-booking discount is not guaranteed. The sooner you reserve with your deposit, the better.

The discounted rate is an ALL-INCLUSIVE room rate and includes shared roundtrip airport transfer.

If you book at a different hotel/resort, you will not be able to partake in activities leading up to the wedding and/or wedding ceremony without incurring additional fees for daily passes starting from $107 a day/per person.

We are confident in our pricing but if you were to find a cheaper “deal” outside of YVP please allow us an opportunity to price match. We would like to do our best to keep family and friends consolidated at the resort for accountability.

Lastly, when booking your reservation please ensure to fill out the Credit Card Authorization form, it is the last step of the reservation process. To reserve your room and apply your deposit, please click "Book My Room". You will receive a reservation confirmation and invoice within 48 hours.

COVID-19 Guidelines
The Centers For Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) requires all international airline passengers entering the U.S. from a foreign country on and after January 26, 2021 to provide proof of a negative COVID-19 test or documentation of recovery from COVID-19 infection from a licensed health care provider or public health official. All airline passengers, including U.S. Citizens, 2 years of age and older are required to get a viral test for current infection 3 calendar days preceding the flight departure from the foreign country.

Closest airport to the resort is Cancun International Airport (CUN)

We recommend booking your flights as early as you can. You may book it via your favorite airline.

Consider using miles or credit card points if you have them.

If you would like to book your flight + hotel as a package this can be arranged with our agent as well. In the reservation form, mark "YES" to the flight question and you will be contacted to verify airline and connection preferences for published rates.

**Note the included shared transfers in you packages are from Cancun International Airport (CUN)**

If you fly into a different airport then your transfer costs to and from the airport to the resort will be an additional cost.

Journese (supplier) Travel protection is available with Cancel-For-Any-Reason (CFAR) features for cancellation or changes made prior to vacation departure. These plans, which must be purchased at time of booking, include a non-insurance Cancellation Fee Waiver provided by Journese so you can truly cancel for any reason! Travel Protection Plan payments are not refundable.
