Invites are on their way! We are so excited to see everyone and celebrate properly! 

With COVID-19 still a concern, we ask that if you are feeling ill or have been exposed to COVID-19 within two weeks of the wedding to please stay home and toast us from afar. We are looking forward to celebrating with you!

Slight change of plans... know we all were holding out hope that Covid-19 would be a distant memory by June however it seems prudent to hold off with what we know now. On the bright side - there’s no one else on this planet we would rather spend quarantine, and life, with!

We trust that our special day will eventually come, and it will be all the more special to share it with our Family and Friends there beside us.

We are so excited to celebrate our wedding with our families and dearest friends. We appreciate your thoughts and prayers as we begin this next grand adventure together. 

It was February 2013. Ryan was in College at SUNY Oswego and working part-time at the Taft Rd Wegmans. I had just transferred over to his Wegmans while beginning a new full time job with AAA Travel.


I spent the first week or so learning the lay of the land and catching up with past coworkers. Not realizing that Ryan and I had been remiss in introducing ourselves to one another. I needn't have worried though - Ryan made sure not to forgo formalities and was sure to introduce himself.


I had no idea how cute he was under the hat brimmed by a enormous tuff of curls and that huge puffy coat - but we kept having these amazing conversations and he was incredibly interesting - so when he asked me to lunch on a whim, I said sure why not. We’ve been together ever since. <3


We met by chance. We met by fate. In the end we were lucky enough to be tossed together... and seven years, countless adventures later... I wouldn't want anyone else by my side.




I had known I wanted to propose to Lauren for quite a while, however I knew the right time would come about naturally and was not stressed about forcing the moment. During our trip to Singapore in October 2017, I thought about proposing on the skyway walk bridge - 165 feet in the air overlooking this new beautiful city together. Then I recalled her slight aversion to heights and thought perhaps proposing high above a Supertree Grove whilst the wind gently swayed the bridge to and fro may not be her thing. I bopped around a few different ideas and determined that she did not want anything too public with our engagement - So it was back to the drawing board.

I thought for a while of the best way to pop the question during a surprise romantic dinner at our apartment while trying to be a little original in the process. I told Lauren that I was planning to cook dinner that night to celebrate my new job. She was curious as she had not seen me take anything out of the freezer and I was not giving her any hints other than I would see her around 5:30 when she got out of work. After work, I picked up a custom made beautiful bouquet of flowers, Sushi from our favorite local restaurant, and a personalized peanut butter pie for desert. I also assembled a nice charcuterie layout with massive chunks of all our favorite Italian cheeses, Taleggio, Piave, and Mountain Gorgonzola, Prosciutto Di Parma 18 month, and a fresh sliced baguette.

After racing home to set things up Lauren arrived and was surprised to see candles lit and a nice spread on display, however she was not too surprised because in all honesty I did this kind of thing every couple months or so. She had a rough day at work and got comfortable almost immediately, thoroughly enjoying the wonderful wine my mother had happily provided for this special night. As most of you know - Lauren can be somewhat of a lightweight, so between nibbling on bread and cheeses she was pretty tipsy before we even got to dinner. Nevertheless, we were having a great time, I had some soft jazz on, we were catching up on the day, enjoying our meal, no idea anything was out of the ordinary.

A little while later I reminded her we still had dessert in the fridge – however that wine had taken hold and she suggested we go relax in the living room. Much to her surprise, I INSIST that she stay and have at least just one bite of dessert. I tell her to close her eyes, curious she agrees – takes off her glasses as I walk to the fridge to grab the pie and the ring I had stashed in the chip cupboard, as I knew she would never look there. I tell her to open her eyes and all she sees is the pie, so I tell her to put her glasses on a little nervous at this point because I had the baker write the words "Will You Marry Me?" in icing in big bold letters. At that point I got down on knee and asked her to marry me, and the hilarious part is she proceeded to get on one knee as well still feeling a little something from that delicious wine. Lauren started crying and told me yes, she loved me, and adored the ring I had specially designed for her.

Afterwards we drove over her parents – where we popped a bottle of champagne, admired her ring, and cheered to a great night. Over the next few weeks, we spent time celebrating together with our families and loved ones who laughed as hard as we did at all the silly details! Great memories with great people!
