Cancún International Airport is located in Cancún, Quintana Roo, on the Caribbean coast of Mexico's Yucatán Peninsula.

Once you land in Cancun, you will have to go through immigration. Please make sure that you have your passport as well as immigration and custom forms (these will be given to you on the plane) in hand, filled out and ready to go. Hold on to your customs form as this will be needed for departure as well.
Collect your bags and head to customs. Here you will push a button before getting through. If the light turns green, you are good to go through and head to taxis. If the light turns red, a customs agent will need to inspect your bag prior to passing through. This is a random inspection.
Once this is completed you will pass through two sets of doors and this is where your transportation will be.
