Travel & Accommodation
You can fly into Dubrovnik from London Gatwick or Stanstead. It takes approx. 2 hours 30 minutes. Once you have landed the Old Town is a 25 minute taxi ride from Dubrovnik Airport. You can pre-book a taxi ahead of you travelling but if not there is a taxi rank outside.
The currency is Croatian Kunas and everything is priced in Kunas in Dubrovnik. Not many places accept Euros and if they do you will receive the change in Kunas so it is best to bring Kunas with you.
As of 4 May 2022 travelers are no longer required to provide proof of vaccination nor a negative PCR test! We will of course keep an eye on requirements and let you know if anything changes!
The Rixos Premium Dubrovnik
We are going to be staying at the Rixos Premium Dubrovnik. It is a lovely hotel and we have stayed there twice before. It is a 15-20 minute walk to the Old Town or a 5 minute car journey! We have found that packages work out the best option price wise. We are flying out on Saturday the 25 June 2022 and leaving Dubrovnik on Sunday the 03 July 2022 for our Mini-Moon!
You are welcome to come for as long as you would like!
AirBnb
If you would prefer a self-catered apartment, villa or house, Airbnb have so many options too!
Just check on the map for the location of the Airbnb to the Old Town!

Hotels
There are a huge selection of hotels in Dubrovnik, we can also recommend the Hotel Excelsior, Hotel Bellevue and Grand Hotel Argentina which are all central.
If you want to be a bit further out of the city then Hotel Dubrovnik Palace, Sunset Beach Dubrovnik and Hotel Croatia have also been recommended.
