What to Wear!?!

The wedding is in the backyard of our close friends, Darcie and Pino.  Please dress wedding casual -- and if you elect to wear heels, know that you'll be sinking into the grass all day.  

What's to Eat/Drink?

Lunch will be served -- and we'll have plenty of beer and wine.  If you want something a little harder, feel free to bring it!

How to Get to the Wedding (Hint: Uber or Lyft)?

Because we're having the ceremony at a friend's house, please consider taking an Uber or a Lyft from your hotel to reduce street parking. (Plus, it will be safer for those of you who choose to imbibe in the adult beverages!) 

But street parking is available, if you need it!

Night Out with Family and Friends

How often do we have all of our favorite people in the same place at the same time? We want to go out with all of our friends and family in town for a casual night out on the Friday night before the wedding! We'll grab food, find somewhere to have a drink, and see what happens next. We imagine at a certain hour this will become an adults-only event -- but parents, your choice! If you can make it, awesome! 

We're starting at Capital Ale House in Fredericksburg - whatever happens next is up to the group!

We have rooms blocked here for Friday, Saturday and Sunday evenings - reference Corbett/Wells wedding for a $94/night room rate.

This hotel is about 2 miles (5 minutes) from the ceremony and reception and about 6 miles (15 minutes) from downtown Fredericksburg.  It is the more suburban choice!

Urban/Downtown Choice - $189/night

Courtyard Marriott Fredericksburg Historic District

Unfortunately, no block was available for this hotel - it is about $189/night.  

This hotel is about 4.5 miles from the ceremony and reception, and right in the heart of downtown Fredericksburg.  Definitely the choice for those of you who want more of the downtown/nightlife experience. Downtown is ADORABLE and fun!
