General Information
This trip is booked through Air Canada Vacations and is a standard 7 night package so the travel dates will be June 12-19th, 2021.
The room occupancy listed refers to how many people will be sharing the room, and does affect the rate. Room category must be requested at time of booking. These rates are inclusive of air, all inclusive hotel for 7 nights, transfers and tax. This resort is ONLY double occupancy.
A non-refundable deposit of $250.00 per person is required to guarantee your space. Deposits are due by March 27th, 2020. Final payments will be due by March 10th. 2021. After this date all money is non refundable and non transferable.
Prices quoted include all taxes.

When you have decided to join Kristina & Joshua on their special day and are ready to book your vacation please fill out the forms below. Note: if you fill out the forms you are not automatically booked. It just sends your information securely to our office and shows you are ready to proceed. Once we have your information we can discuss Insurance options and clear up any questions you may have. Do not worry about picking everything correctly, talk to us if you have questions.
Step 1: Guest Information
- The group name can be anything referencing the couple.
- Please ensure your full names are exactly as shown on your passport. If there is a middle name shown, include it.
- Please indicate the room category you are choosing.
Once documents are issued after final payment, there will be a fee to re-issue the documents for name changes.
Step 2: Payment
The deposit amount is $250 per person and is non-refundable and non-transferable. The remaining balance is due by March 25th, 2021. After this date all money paid is non refundable.
When booking clients to various sun destinations, I am often asked about whether vaccinations are required, or other health risks. As everyone's health situation is individual, your family doctor or a travel health clinic are the best people to advise you on what is right for you.
