Woohoo! Pack your bags, we are going to Mexico! We are very excited to have you join us for our wedding festivities. To make things simple, we've hired a travel agent to help our guests arrange accommodation. We've chosen to stay at Majestic Elegance Costa Mujeres just north of Cancun in Mexico and have already arranged a room block for our guests.

Many details are below, but here are a few IMPORTANT things to note:

1. Only have 1 person from your party make a room reservation using the form below. Don't have 2 people in the same room fill out the form. Just one form per room.

2. Majestic Elegance is a family-friendly property and the max occupancy per room varies based on which room category is chosen. See the "Accommodation" section for details. There is an "adult only" section of the resort called the Elegance Club. If you want to be on the "adults only" side make sure the room you choose starts with "Elegance Club".

3. Transportation to and from the airport is included in your booking price. No need to arrange a taxi when arriving or leaving Mexico.

4. To guarantee availability and pricing, please put down your deposit with our agent as soon as possible if you know you'll be going! The deposit is $50/person to book your room. That is all you need to pay to reserve your room and then you can make payments throughout the year with the final payment due no later than August 10th 2023.

This white sand beachfront resort is ideal for those seeking a sophisticated and luxurious getaway with an all-inclusive resort. Your stay includes unlimited visits to the restaurants, unlimited premium liquor, and more. Majestic Elegance Costa Mujeres is located just 20 minutes north of Cancun.

Some inclusions are:
• Welcome cocktail and refreshing towel upon arrival.
• Free WI-FI throughout the entire resort.
• 7 restaurants, 6 of them à la carte for dinner. Unlimited visits allowed to all restaurants, reservations are required only in the Bistro Restaurant, which is adults only (+18yrs), or the Kabuki (7 Teppanyaki tables). Dress code applies.
• 12 bars located in different areas of the hotel, including 6 swim-up bars. Please note that 4 bars are exclusive for Elegance Club clients and are not available to those in the family section.

Maximum Occupancy 4 (2adults/2 children OR 3adults/1 child OR 4 adults). Bedding 1 king, 1 pull out sofa and 1 murphy bed. 850 sq. ft.

Garden or Pool View, located on the ground floor, with outdoor jacuzzi, lounge bed, and direct access to a private pool or the main building's swimming pool, depending on location. Maximum Occupancy 2 adults. Bedding 1 king. 725 sq. ft. Bedding is not guaranteed and is based on availability at check-in.

Elegance Club Junior Suite Ocean Front w/Outdoor Jacuzzi

Ocean front view, located on 2nd, 3rd or 4th floor, with outdoor Jacuzzi and lounge bed. Maximum Occupancy 2 (2 adults). Bedding 1 king. 625 sq. ft.

Garden or Pool View, spacious suite located on the ground floor with an outdoor jacuzzi, lounge bed, the living room, and bedroom area are separated by doors. This suite features access to a private pool, or the main building's swimming pool, depending on location. Maximum Occupancy 4 adults. Bedding 1 king bed. Rooms with 1 pull-out sofa are available upon request, subject to availability. 1000 sq. ft.

Elegance Club Plunge Pool Suite

Sky view, located 5th floor, room divided in two floors (Main room plus a large roof top terrace with plunge pool). Maximum Occupancy 2 adults. Bedding 1 king. 1025 sq. ft. divided room and terrace.

To be considered part of the wedding group, you must book through the group rates and not through any other method (even directly with the hotel). We have negotiated competitive group rates and secured a room block to make this as easy as possible for our bride and groom. Additional fees will apply to visit the resort or come to wedding related events should you book off property. The pre-negotiated rates include all-inclusive hotel accommodations, hotel tax and fees and transfers. Room categories are available on a first come, first serve basis within the block.

• IMPORTANT: To book at these rates you are REQUIRED to stay a minimum of 3 nights or more.

• Rates are available 3-5 days pre/post the room block (based on availability)

• Any changes must be done in writing (via email) and changes requested after the balance due date must be paid for in full upfront before they are confirmed.

The closest airport to the resort is Cancun International Airport, (CUN).

We recommend booking your flights as early as you can and securing flights that work best with your schedule. You can reserve your flights directly with your preferred airline. Please plan to arrive 24 – 36 hours before the wedding day in case of any delays or cancellations. A friendly reminder that the wedding is Wednesday, November 1st 2023. We may do a catamaran the day after the wedding, so if you want to be included in that, book your flight home 2 days post wedding day.

Consider using miles or credit card points if you have them. If you would like to book your flight and hotel as a package, this can be arranged with our Destination Event Specialist. In the reservation form, mark "YES" to the flight question, and you will be contacted to verify airline and connection preferences for published rates.

If you arrive at Majestic Elegance Costa Mujeres before the check-in time, you can utilize all of the amenities (pool, restaurants, activities, etc.). Pack a small bag with swimwear and other essentials to take advantage of the amenities while you wait for your room to be ready.

We have the rooms contracted in the room block from October 29th - November 5th. If you require dates outside of what we have reserved in the room block. Please contact our travel agent first before submitting the reservation form.

Once your reservation request form is received, your request and deposit will be processed and you will be sent an invoice. If there are questions or more information is needed, our travel agent will reach out via email.

You don't have to pay all at once. Book early and make payments when it is convenient for you. Once you have completed the reservation booking form, it will give Sunlover Travel permission to process your payments on that particular card for any amount you choose and how often you like. Simply email kerri@sunlovertravel.com when you would like to make a payment with the card you place on file.

During the reservation process, the registration form asks whether you are interested in travel insurance. Simply, select 'yes', and you will receive a quote directly from our travel agent. The price of travel insurance varies based on the cost of your package.

DEPOSIT: is $50 per person

FINAL PAYMENT - due no later than August 10th 2023. All payments must be received by that date or the rooms will be canceled. There are no exceptions to this so please plan your payments according.

CANCELATION TERMS: Cancel before August 10th 2023 and any payments are fully refundable. Cancel on or after August 10th 2023 and all payments become non-refundable. We recommend purchasing trip insurance for any unforseen events that may cause last minute cancelations.
