What do I need to travel to Mexico?

Since this is an international trip, you need a passport that's valid at least 6+ months past the travel dates. If you already have a passport, be sure to check the expiration date (it needs to be valid through at least May 2024). If you don't already have a passport, it's a good idea to apply early to be sure you receive it in time for the trip. Passports normally take 4-6 weeks to process, but during the pandemic and with the recent hurricane in Florida, they've been taking around 3+ months. We suggest applying a minimum of 4 moths in advance as a precaution.

I found a cheaper price online, can you match it?

We are confident in our pricing but if you were to find a cheaper “deal” outside of our contracted rates, please allow us an opportunity to review and price match. We would like to do our best to keep family and friends consolidated in the block at the resort for accountability and organization for the staff. To expedite the process, please take a dated screen shot of what you found. It must include the final total price (with all taxes and fees), what the price includes (dates and room category), the website you found it on.

Can I bring my kids?

Yes! The resort and our wedding is family friendly. That being said, we have a limited number of rooms on the family side. If those run out, please let our Travel Advisor know, and she will see if we can add more to our block.

Can I bring a guest?

Unfortunately for the ceremony/reception, we can only have the guests that are named on the invite attend due to the size-restraints. However, feel free to bring whomever you would like to spend the rest of the trip with you.

Where do I go for booking questions/ to book?

Read the travel section first. If the answer isn't there or if you still have questions, our travel agent, Kerri Brewster, will handle your travel questions. Feel free to send her an email with anything travel related that you are wondering about- kerri@sunlovertravel.com

It's a ways to scroll down in the travel section, here is the booking link again incase you can't find it. Please read the travel section before booking!
