BOOKING INFORMATION

- Room Reservations: Limited rooms are available in select categories. Book with our travel specialist early to secure your preferred room.
- Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of $100.00 per person is required at booking. Families with children require a $200.00 deposit per room.

- Reservation Deadline: Deposit due by August 1, 2024 (this also serves as your RSVP).
- Final Payment: Balance due by April 1 2025.

Wendy Corrado, owner of No Shady Beach Travel, is a destination wedding specialist, so there is no need to second guess your decision to book with confidence! KEY DETAILS

- A valid passport is required for ALL travelers.
- Minimum Stay: 3 nights, but a 5-night stay is encouraged to enjoy all events.
- Room Occupancy: Ideal for two adults; can accommodate up to three adults. Children (ages 3 - 12) staying at Dreams are discounted per night when staying with two paying adults.
- Stay Onsite: To access wedding events, staying at the resort is advised. Day passes are costly and not guaranteed.
- Flights: Flights are NOT included. We recommend booking your flights as early as you can. If you need assistance, please get in touch with our travel specialist, Wendy.
- Airport Transfers: Transportation to/from the resort are included with the reservation pricing. You will have the option to upgrade to private during the booking process for an additional fee.
- Travel Protection: Available at an additional cost.

Every guest must have a valid passport. You will need this to board your flight, enter the Dominican Republic, and for check-in at the resort. If you do not have a passport, or need to renew it, follow the link below in this section.

Note: Processing time have increased, causing delays in passports. If you will be attending the wedding and need a first-time passport OR need to renew your passport, please do this ASAP. Without it, you will not be able to board your flight in the U.S. or attend the wedding in the Dominican Republic.
If you already have a passport - please check the expiration date. It must be valid for 6 months from your return date.

We recommend you book your flights as early as possible. You may book them via your favorite airline or contact our specialist to assist you.
Consider using miles or credit card points if you have them. If you would like to book your flight along with the room, this can be arranged as well during the checkout process on our booking website, which will include a form to request flights. We have reserved specific rooms for all of our special guests to be able to attend our wedding week in Punta Cana.
Rooms are being held for June 14-19, 2025 travel dates. However, if you would like to Extend or Shorten your stay, please contact Wendy to request the travel dates you'd like. Please note that requests are subject to availability.

- Additional Options: After confirming, you can opt for travel protection and upgraded transportation.
- Confirmation: Within 48 hours, you'll receive emails to confirm your room and dates. Please check for accuracy.
- Deposit: Submit your deposit of $100.00 per person during booking.
- Book: Click 'BOOK YOUR ROOM HERE!' and complete the passenger information form.
*Roommates should designate ONE person to fill out the form (one form per room, not per person).
- Information Gathering: Collect full passport names and dates of birth for all room occupants. If you're waiting for a passport, please use the name as it will appear on your application.

BOOKING PROCESS

- Flexible Stays: Want to adjust your stay duration? Select the option and specify your travel dates on the booking form.
- Child Rates: Applicable for children ages 3 - 12 sharing a room with two paying adults.
- Occupancy-Based Pricing: For example, 'Double Occupancy' means two adults sharing one room. The price shown is the TOTAL for each person for the entire five nights, not per night.
- Rates: Quoted in U.S. Dollars per person for a 5-night stay.

- Deadline: Reserve by AUGUST 1, 2024, to ensure your spot.
- Urgency: Book early! Our selected resorts are popular and rooms sell out fast.
- Family Deposit: Families with children in the same room need a deposit of $200.00.
