Q: IS THE RESORT ALL-INCLUSIVE?
A: Yes, the resort is all-inclusive. This means that your stay includes not only your room but also a wide range of amenities, such as meals, beverages, various recreational activities, and entertainment options, all covered in the cost of your reservation.
The only additional expenses you may incur, but all are up to you, are:
- Spa services.
- Tipping the staff around the resort.
- Any excursions you may sign up for.
Q: HOW MANY DAYS SHOULD WE STAY?
A: You are welcome to stay for as many or as few nights as you feel comfortable. Our wedding day is Tuesday, June 17 so we kindly request that you arrive by June 16. On average, guests stay for 3-7 nights, with most staying for 4-5 nights. However, please keep in mind that the minimum stay at the resort is three nights. We have reserved rooms for the travel dates from June 14-June19, 2025. If you would like to adjust your stay and either shorten or extend it, please get in touch with Wendy. Q: WHAT IS THE WEATHER IN PUNTA CANA IN JUNE?
A: The average temperature in Punta Cana in June for a typical day ranges from a high of 88°F to a low of 76°F
Some would describe it as very warm and humid, so please pack accordingly!
Q: CAN KIDS COME?
A: We love all of your children, and they are welcome at the resort! However, we have decided to make the wedding ceremony and reception an adults-only celebration. We want you to take a night off and enjoy the party! Dreams offers activities and games for kids and teens. - Core Zone Teens Club for ages 13-17 features video games, social events, table games, and activities. - Explorers Club For Kids ages 3-12, offering video games, crafts, and even a camping adventure. Open daily from 9 a.m. - 10 p.m.
Q: CAN I BRING A PLUS-ONE?
A: We live by the saying 'the more, the merrier,' but our venue does have space restrictions. It's your vacation, so you're welcome to bring friends along; however, the wedding festivities are reserved for those only included in your invitation. Please don't hesitate to ask us if you're unsure!
Q: CAN WE STAY AT OTHER RESORTS/HOTELS?
A: We highly encourage you to stay at the resort. All wedding activities will take place at the resort. If you stay elsewhere, you will have to pay for a day pass to visit the resort, starting from $150+ a day/per person, which is almost the same cost of staying at the resort with/ our discounted rates. Day Passes are not guaranteed and are at the resort's discretion; we don't want you to miss the wedding or events.
Q: WHAT IS THE ATTIRE?
A: Please refer to the "WEDDING EVENTS" section for dress codes specific to the wedding events. However, the resort has a dress code of RESORT CASUAL for most restaurants and bars.
Q: IS THERE A PAYMENT PLAN?
A: You don’t have to pay it all at once!
Book early and take advantage of the No Interest - No Shady Beach flexible payment plan provided by our travel specialist, Wendy.
All you have to do is submit your secured initial deposit payment with No Shady Beach Travel and set up your convenient payment options.
A minimum non-refundable deposit of $100 per person is due to secure your room and roundtrip transportation.
The final balance is due by March 1, 2025.
Q: WHY PUNTA CANA?
A: We chose Punta Cana for so many reasons. For starters, it's gorgeous and accessible to guests from all over, and our resort is all-inclusive! One of our biggest goals for the wedding is to spend time with our friends and family since we don't get to see you often, so having everyone stay at the same resort is ideal because we can spend time together and make memories.
Q: DO YOU HAVE ANY PACKING TIPS OR TRICKS FOR ME?
What to put in your carry on
A: You may arrive at the resort before check-in time. You will have to access all the amenities of the resort while awaiting your room (pool, restaurants, activities, etc.).
By packing a quick change of clothes, swimsuit, coverup, or even a change of shoes, you can get into something more comfortable and start enjoying all the resort has to offer.
Please arrange to arrive at least 24-36 hours before the wedding day in case of delays or flight cancellations.
