The event starts at 7pm. We want the event to be more informal, so we decided to forgo a sit down dinner and are doing heavy passed hors d'oeuvres instead. We'll also have a late night snack stand for those who still want to munch!
Smart Casual
Ladies: cocktail chic with an arabian twist! Silk dresses, trendy jumpsuits, midi dresses with comfy heels so you can dance!
Gentleman: chic button downs, slacks/chinos, loafers

In Moroccan tradition, the grooms family gathers together ahead of the event and arrive all at once. The event starts at 5pm, with the groom and his family expected to arrive around 5:30 pm.
A brief Islamic ceremony will take place shortly after, followed by the reception. This reception will be a blend of Western/Moroccan traditions, much like us!

Ladies: Floor length dresses preferred, but midis work too
Gentlemen: Tux preferred, but suits work too

As per tradition, the grooms family hosts a party the day after the wedding to celebrate the newly weds! You can think of this as the wedding night part II. This event will be a traditional Moroccan wedding!
