Southington, CT can easily be accessed by car off of I-84 and I-691.

We have several family members local to the area so please let us know if you have any questions! 

As a general note and for consideration during your planning, we ask that you keep in mind that the COVID-19 pandemic is still ongoing. We are extremely fortunate to have this event as we originally planned due to state-wide vaccination and testing efforts, as well as declining case rates.

Please consider that there will be those at the event who are not eligible for vaccinations or have no prior immunity to COVID-19, such as small children or those who are immuno-compromised. We ask that you take the steps necessary to be responsible and respectful to the health and safety of our guests, including yourself! We are happy to provide a list of local places for COVID-19 testing, vaccination sites, or where you can purchase take-home tests.

Airports within an approximately 2-hour drive include:

Bradley International Airport (South Windsor, CT) - 30 Minutes
Westchester County Airport (White Plains, NY) - 1 hour 15 minutes
LaGuardia Airport (Queens, NY) - 1 hour 45 minutes
JFK Airport (Queens, NY)  - 2 hours
Logan International Airport (Boston, MA) - 2 hours
Albany International Airport (Albany, NY) - 2 hours 15 minutes

Transportation will be provided to and from the reception on Saturday from the Courtyard Marriott and Homewood Suites in Southington. The shuttles will leave our hotels no later than 4:40 pm to bring you to our reception. The departure times from the venue will be at 10:30 pm and 11 pm and will bring you back to each hotel.

Alternative transportation such as taxi, Uber or Lyft are available in that area. There is also plenty of parking for the Mountain Room.

We've reserved a discounted room block at the Courtyard Marriott in Southington, located less than 10 minutes from our wedding venue.

If required, both of these hotels have cancellation policies that allow for potential changes to the reservations as we get closer to the wedding.

We encourage you to book early!

If the wedding blocks fill up or these are not your preferred brands of hotel, there are several other local hotels that we encourage you to consider. AAA or senior discounts may provide desirable rates as well.

There are also several AirBnB or VRBO options in the area that may be of interest to you, especially if traveling with a group or family.
