Pack your bags, we're going to the Dominican Republic! To make things simple, we've hired a travel agent to help our guests arrange accommodation.

Many details are below, but here are a few IMPORTANT things to note:

1. Only have 1 person from your party make a room reservation using the booking form below. The booking form is not a live payment, it is a request for a reservation that the travel agent will complete for you. You will not be charged when you submit the form.

2. Pricing listed is based on double occupancy. We recommend groups of 2 for optimal comfort, but rooms can accommodate up to 4 guests. Sleeps 4 Persons (Max 2 Child per room). Our agent can help with specific pricing outside of double occupancy, just make a note under "Special Requests".

3. Transportation to and from the airport will be arranged and quoted for you once flight schedules are available. You may plan to travel in groups for better pricing.

4. This is a prepaid, all inclusive resort reservation. All guests per room must be registered with our travel agent.

5. To guarantee availability and group discounted pricing, please put down your deposit with our agent by October 22, 2022.

6. All guests will be sent a custom travel insurance quote. Travel insurance is strongly recommended by our travel agent but is not required for travel.

Payment Information:

A refundable deposit of $250 per room is required at time of reservation. All deposits are due by October 22, 2022.

Half of the room balance is due by February 22, 2023.

The full room balance is due by June 22, 2023.

Please check out our room category options and pricing in the Accommodations section below. Once you click the link "Book My Room" you will be taken to a reservation request form. This will pull a room from our group inventory but is not a live booking or payment with the resort. Our travel agent will complete the actual reservation based upon your request form and contact you with any questions. Please note that "Passenger" is synonymous with "Traveler" on the form.

Once your booking is created, you will receive an invoice. You can pay in full or in installments of your choice up until the final due date next June.

We have contracted a discounted rate for our wedding group and therefore all guests must book through the travel agent to maintain our contract with the resort.

You may list any special needs, questions or additional requests or comments on the last section of the form.

Cancellation Information:

From reservation until June 22, 2023 no cancellation penalty will apply.

From June 23 - July 7, 2023, rooms canceled will incur a 1-night penalty per room, based on category canceled.

From July 8, 2023 - August 11, 2023, rooms canceled will incur a 2-night penalty per room, based on category canceled.

From August 12, 2023 to departure, any cancelation will result in 100% penalty.

COVID Information:

COVID-19 vaccination is not required for this destination. The travel agent booking form is standard for all groups regardless of the destination. It will ask your vaccination status. You may answer or reply N/A if you wish.

Our block of rooms is limited. Please be specific about the room type and dates you wish to reserve. We kindly ask that you arrive at the resort no later than Saturday, October 21, 2023 to take full advantage of the weekend's festivities. All itinerary items are completely optional (besides the wedding of course!). This is a tentative itinerary so some items may change.

We have a limited quantity of rooms reserved at a discounted rate, on a first-come, first-served basis. Our agent will do their best to honor the discounted rate outside the room block, however, once the original rooms are sold, the group rate is not guaranteed. The sooner you reserve with your deposit, the better.

The contracted group rate is an ALL-INCLUSIVE room rate and includes all gratuities for food and drinks.

If you book at a different hotel/resort, you will not be able to partake in activities leading up to the wedding and/or wedding ceremony without incurring additional fees for daily passes based on current rates and limited availability.

Lastly, when booking your reservation please ensure to fill out the Credit Card Authorization form, it is the last step of the reservation process. To reserve your room and apply your deposit, please click the "Book My Room" Link Below. This is not a live payment. This creates a payment authorization for our travel agent who will send you a completed reservation invoice and optional travel insurance quote. You will receive a reservation confirmation and invoice within 48 hours, Monday-Friday.
