Please request rates for 3rd and 4th adults in the same room, This property does allow up to 4 adults per room. Kids are welcome and are less expensive, kids are ages between 2 and 12.  Older than 12, teens are the adult rate. Younger than 2 are infants, they stay free.  KIds need to have 2 adults per room for the kid's rate to be able to be applied.

To avoid Single occupancy premium ($) we encourage you to bring a guest. Pricing for single room occupancy available upon request.

Cost of Passports- Adult passport Books are valid for 10 years. If you have one from another trip, no need to get another. Passport cards will NOT work for this trip.
If you need help for your passport either contact Trish or visit State Dept . website 

Flights-  each person or room may be traveling from different cities and stay any length. Prices for the flight can vary. Most times the flights will become more expensive as travel is closer.  Trish will help you with your flights, all you have to do is ask. 

Travel protection- Also called travel insurance.  Typically each person can accept or decline trip protection.  See Travel Protection option tab.

Mexican Government has started charging an Ecotax of $26 Mexican Pesos per room per night, (approx $1.30 USD). This may be collected at the resort.

Our block of rooms is valid for travel anytime between Jan. 29, 2020 and Feb 5, 2020.
    The resort has a minimum night stay of 3 nights.  Trish recommends 4 or 5 nights. How many times do you get to vacation in paradise and be waited on? 

Yes, you can pick your travel date between these dates. We trim off the room nights you do not use in Sept. or when you pick your flights.

When you book your room with our group your transportation will be included and arranged for you.  If you purchase your flights with points or another way, you will need to make sure to have the flight details forwarded to Trish no later than Nov 27, 2019. 

Flights can be a complex challenge, so many rules and added fees.  Which is why Trish will certainly assist you with reserving your flights.
The airport code is CUN.  If you are looking for flights your self, you can only fly to CUN. Other cities are extremely far from the Cancun area of Riviera Maya.

Some Things to know about flights:
Due to the length of time, it takes to sort through a multitude of options,  Trish can quote your flight and wedding travel package 3 times. If you just need a ballpark you can check out google flights .  PRO TIP- click on each direction, the first one often shows terrible return flight times.  

Exclusive flights- As a travel agency, we can bundle bulk/ contracted rates with your stay. 

Flight prices can and do change (typically not in a good way),  City pairs can change the price as can low-cost carriers. Beware some low-cost carriers do not allow any changes or have high luggage fees.  Sometimes Kansas City or Oklahoma city can be less. This is not true every time, your time is worth something as well. Typically the difference so small, between gas and the added hour, and pre-hotel stay (flight usually leave early morning) the difference is too small. 

Flights are only secured with some sort of deposit.  If you cannot make any payment for flights, I would suggest not looking at the flights... if they go up by $50 or $100 you'll be kicking your self.

If you would cry because you could NOT get a refund of the cost of your trip- you need Travel Protection!

You don't have to pay all at once! Book early and take advantage of the Easy Monthly Payment Plan. It is interest-free! All you have to do is submit your secured payment form online.  Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express are accepted.  Your payment form will give Just 4U Travel permission give the travel partner your credit card for any amount you choose, Monthly or Bi Monthly.

Minimum deposit of $100 per adult (or $200 per room) is due no later than June 28, 2019, in order to secure your room/resort/airport transportation;

Second room deposit in September and the final balance will be due by November 15, 2019.

If you wish to add your airfare in combination with your resort stay, there will be an added deposit to secure the flights. Each flight option can vary the amount due, contact Trish for your customized options.

Rooms reserved after June 28, 2019 will require a $500 deposit.. [Tip- get your room early!]

Guests making reservations with any other source (such as online or another travel company) will pay $125 per person for wedding events.

Guests who stay at another resort in the area will pay an additional $125 per person PLUS the wedding event guest fee. The resort limited your time on the Royalton property to one hour prior to the ceremony, you must leave the resort immediately following the ceremony. 

When resorts are at maximum capacities - such as winter, they can and do decline outside guests.  Staying at another resort can jeopardize you missing the wedding all together.

Sure, you can have up to 4 adults and 2 children per room. I will tell you it's a little tight and some one will be on the sofa sleeper.

It is best to fill out the room reservation or call for the exact rate.

SAMPLE :  for the Jr Suite Ocean view 1 room night for 2 adults is $428.00  while 3 adults in the room is about $570.00 per night and four adults make a room night about $725.00 

All inclusive resorts charge more for more person in the room- they are including your drinks and food for another mouth/ body.
