We went to a mutual friend's birthday party at their house. Kevin asked me to be his beer pong partner and little did he know, I was terrible! He quickly traded me out after one round and asked someone else to be his partner. Obviously, I found that rude and proceeded to walk away. He all of a sudden yelled, completely stopping the party, and asked me if I wanted to go to a wedding the following weekend with him. I said fine begrudgingly. That summer we went to 9 weddings together.

After 3 months of dating, Kevin asked me to move in. He claims this is because he was tired of driving to Homer Glen every night. I know it was because he fell quickly and madly in love with me.
When I moved in, his house had a bed, a couch, and an armchair in it. When people came to visit him, they would ask if he had been robbed! I quickly made it a real home and cleaned up all of the cash and change that was scattered everywhere. I found $575 in cash and $368 in coins in the laundry room alone. The man was notorious for getting home from work and just throwing everything in his pockets. Luckily, that was a pretty quick fix as I made a rule that anything I find, I keep.
We have lived together since 3 months of dating and have been inseparable ever since.

I adopted both Pippa and Parker before meeting Kevin. How in the world did this man steal the love of both of my dogs??
Pippa was 3 weeks old and was a foster failure. I immediately fell in love with her. She is now 8 years old. Parker was a 4 month old puppy living in the city when I adopted him. He is now 5 years old.
Pippa will now not leave Kevin's side no matter what. Parker stays by me but secretly prefers Kevin. Both dogs wait for him to come home so that they can have their play sessions, leaving me in the dust.
