At this time, our wedding will continue as planned. We are monitoring the COVID-19 situation and working closely with our venue and vendors to follow local and state guidelines. The health and well-being of our guests is our top priority and we will be taking all necessary precautions to keep everyone safe. One factor that will remain constant is our desire to celebrate with loved ones on our wedding day—no matter what that celebration looks like. Here are some of the precautions we will be taking as we continue to rethink our guest experience amid this new reality of group gatherings we find ourselves in. Please know that this list of precautions will continue to evolve and grow as we get closer to our big day.
-Outdoor socially-distanced ceremony & cocktail hour
-Outdoor heated & tented reception. We will increase airflow in the tent by rolling up additional tent walls.
-Dinner will be individually plated and served directly to each guest at their table
-Event staff will be masked and gloved for the duration of the event
-Masks are encouraged when guests are not eating or drinking. Masks will be available in the shuttles and at the venue for anyone needing them.
-Hand sanitizing stations will be readily available throughout the venue
-Restrooms, bars and other shared spaces will be frequently cleaned and sanitized throughout the duration of the reception
