A 36 passenger bus (Sam's Limousine) will be at the Hyatt to transport guests to the wedding venue (The Gallery). Since there will be over 50 guests staying at the hotel, two trips will be needed. The first pickup will leave at 3:45pm and drop guests off at the The Gallery before returning to pick up a 2nd group around 4:10pm. The bus will also make two trips to bring guests back to the Hyatt. The first trip leaving The Gallery at 10:10pm and the second one at 10:30pm. Additional trips can be made in-between the times above. The Ceremony and Cocktail Hour will be held outdoors. The Reception will be held indoors and estimated to be at a maximum 50% capacity, but could be lower depending on guest count. We hope to have a safe celebration with you all!
