Woohoo! Pack your bags, we're going to Cancun, Mexico! We're very excited to have you join us for our wedding weekend.

We've chosen to stay at Majestic Elegance Costa Mujeres an All-Inclusive Resort, and would encourage you to stay with us!

To make things simple, we've hired a travel agent, Melissa Lisell, to help our guests arrange accommodations. She has secured discounted group rates for us at the resort.

Many details are below, but here are a few IMPORTANT things to note:

1. There is a 3 night stay minimum. Please arrive at the resort no later than July 3, 2021. This is YOUR vacation as well! You can stay at the resort up to 7 days.

2. A minimum non-refundable deposit of $100 per person is due in order to secure your room.

3. We recommend 2 people per room for optimal comfort, but select rooms can accommodate up 3 adults. Kids 12 and under are only $70 per night when staying with 2 paying adults.

4. To guarantee availability and discounted pricing, please put down your deposit as soon as possible! We have 20 rooms in our room block. Once we exceed that, there are no guarantees.

5. ***The full balance is due by April 20, 2021.***

6. We highly encourage you to stay at the resort. All wedding activities will take place at the resort. If you stay elsewhere, you will have to pay for a day pass to visit the resort starting from $150+ a day/per person which is basically the same cost as actually staying at the resort w/ our discounted rates. Day passes are not currently an option due to Covid-19 protocols.

7. Please book your flights to Cancun International Airport (CUN). Flight costs are not included in the resort booking; however, private transportation to and from the Cancun airport are included in your booking price. No need to arrange a taxi when arriving or leaving Mexico. We recommend booking your flights as early as you can.

The Majestic Elegance Costa Mujeres is a 5-star All-Inclusive resort ideal for those seeking a luxurious and sophisticated getaway. This beachfront resort boasts 570 spacious rooms offering outdoor Jacuzzis, smart TVs, and minibars. For a unique experience stay in a suite with a private rooftop and plunge pool or swim-out access.

For an upscale adults-only experience, upgrade to the Elegance Club, featuring butler service, private pools, and a beach with Bali beds. All Elegance Club rooms offer special perks and amenities like one bottle of premium liquor, a coffee machine, and a pillow and aromatherapy menu.

Enjoy unlimited dining at the market-style buffet or any of the 6 à la carte restaurants. Sip on a cocktail near the pool or while listening to live music at the piano bar, or visit one of the other 10 different bar concepts.

For those who need a little more relaxation visit the three-story wellness sanctuary, offering a beauty salon, treatment rooms and suites, and a unique hydrothermal area.

2. Only have 1 person from your party make a room reservation using the form below. Don't have 2 people in the same room fill out the form. Please make reservations here, not on the resort's website.

3. The room block is reserved for July 2-9, 2021, but group rates can be extended up to 3 additional nights before or after.

4. The rates below include all of your taxes, fees & your round-trip airport/resort transfers.

5. If you are staying in a room alone, there are additional costs. To avoid the single occupancy premium rate we suggest you bring a guest.

6. Conversely, if you a willing to get extra chummy with your friends/family, rates are reduced if you have 3 adults in a room.

7. Are you bringing a child under 13 yrs old? If so, please make sure you indicate so when filling out the form, listing your guests, & reserving your room. Children from ages 0-12, are only $70 per night (just pay applicable adult occupancy fees for the rooms).
