How it Works
Here's a quick guide to how the resort’s dining system works:
Your Cards:
1. You’ll receive a Room Access Card (for your room) and a Dining Card (for food and drinks).
2. Using Your Dining Card:
Think of it as a “credit card” specifically for food & drinks during your stay.
Present the Dining Card at any restaurant, bar, café, or buffet when ordering.
You’ll receive a receipt to sign.
3. Receipts:
The total will reflect the actual price of your meal or order. Don’t worry- this is just for record-keeping!
As long as the location is part of the all-inclusive package, your meal or drink is already covered in the rate you paid.
Tips are included as well- you do not need to add anything extra unless you choose to. Extra tips will be added to room bill.
4. What You Do:
On each receipt, simply provide:
- Room number
- Printed total (already shown)
- Last name on your reservation
- Signature
5. At Checkout:
Your final invoice will only reflect additional charges for transactions outside of the all-inclusive package (i.e. additional tips, dining at restaurants outside of all-inclusive package).
We’ve provided a sample receipt and checkout summary for reference.

What is the dress code for the wedding?
We'd love to see our family and friends dressed to impress and ask that guests follow a semi-formal/cocktail attire dress code. Please no shorts, tank tops, t-shirts, or jeans. Ladies, when picking a shoe consider wearing a chunky heel or heel protectors, as you will be walking on cobble stone. Thank you!
What is average weather for December?
With shorter daylight hours, December typically brings lower humidity and cooler temperatures after sundown, but will still be warm and mostly sunny during the day. Temperatures range anywhere from 77-85 degrees F so don’t forget to apply sunscreen and drink plenty of water!
How soon should I book my room?
To guarantee availability and discounted group rate, we ask that an initial deposit of $200.00/per person be put down as soon as possible! We have a limited number of room types in our room block so please be aware that availability is based on a first-come, first-serve basis. If the room type that best fits your budget is no longer available, or if you wanting a different room option (connecting rooms, villa options) please reach out to us or our travel team and we will try our best to accommodate you!
When should I plan to arrive?
We kindly ask that you arrive by Wednesday, December 11th, the day before our wedding, to be a part of our welcome party. However, our room block + group rates are available from 12/9-12/16 so feel free to arrive/stay as long as you’d like!

What airports are closest to Casa de Campo?
We recommend flying into either PUJ-Punta Cana Airport (50 min. away) or SDQ-Santo Domingo Airport (90 min. away). The city of La Ramono has an airport (LRM) but it is mainly used for private charters.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is at 3pm and checkout is at 12pm. Please reach out to the resort if accommodations need to be made to suit your arrival/departure times.
Is it safe to drink tap water at the resort?
NO! Even though Casa de Campo has its own water supply, don’t drink the water. The Resort has bottled water in the kitchen and the maids will use the bottled water for ice. The ice you get from grocery store and the hotel is made with purified water.
How do I get around the resort?
All rooms at Casa de Campo come with a complimentary 4-passenger golf cart to get around the resort grounds for the entirety of your stay (gas is included). Daily shuttles are also provided to take guests to the beach club, marina, and all other amenity locations.
Do I need to tip at the resort?
You will receive a bill for every meal/transaction at the property, but you do not need to tip. You will use your all-inclusive card to “pay”. Tips are already included in your package pricing.
What currency will I need to use during my stay?
The Dominican Peso is the official currency of the Dominican Republic. However, dollars are easily and gratefully accepted almost everywhere in Casa de Campo. Credit Cards are widely accepted, including the grocery stores and an ATM machine is located in the hotel lobby. There is also a bank in the hotel that will exchange dollars for pesos if needed for off-property excursions.
How safe is the resort?
Casa de Campo is known as one of the safest places to visit in the Dominican Republic. As a luxury gated community and resort, security is taken very seriously and has its own professional security force that patrols the grounds 24/7. It is gated private community that requires authorization to enter, keeping out anyone who does not belong. There are just three entrances into Casa de Campo which are closely monitored, and manned checkpoints within the resort.
