Initial Room Deposit: DUE JANUARY

$200.00/per person

Next Deposit = DUE MARCH 1st.

50% of room total

Final Deposit = DUE AUGUST 1st

Resort Policies

-All wedding guests must be staying within the hotel or one of the hotel villas as a registered guest, in order to attend the wedding events.


-There is a 3 night minimum stay requirement


- Any guest staying off of the premises will not be able to attend the wedding event. Day passes will not be offered.


- Third party bookings (VRBO, Airbnb, etc) or private rentals within the CDC community are prohibited, as you will not be listed as a registered guest.


- All Travel will be included. Do not use taxi or Uber/Lyft as you will not be let through security.

Flights

Each guest is responsible for booking their own flights. We recommend booking your flights as early as you can, and booking directly through your preferred airline. Consider using miles or credit card points if you have them.

Airline inventory is incredibly variable and rates can change at a moment’s notice. Use tools such as Hopper and Google Flights to set up flight alerts for your travel dates- these apps will monitor pricing trends, predict best time to book, and notify you when lower rates are available.

Mandy + Anna will request flight schedules for all guests closer to travel time, as this information is needed to confirm your round trip transportation to/from the airport,

Passports

Dominican Republic passport requirements state that a valid U.S. passport, with at least one blank page for an entry stamp, is required when visiting the Dominican Republic. Please check the expiration of your current passport to ensure that it will be valid for at least six months BEYOND date of travel. If your passport is expiring prior to June 15, 2025, it will need to be renewed beforehand.


If you do not own a passport, we recommend starting the application process ASAP. A new passport can take up to 12 weeks to process, and delays have been common in last 24 months. Better to be safe than sorry!
