Ceremony

The Ceremony will begin at 05:30pm in the lobby of the hotel. 

Please follow signage as you enter the hotel. 

Transportation

Parking Details

All guests can park in the Ft. Duquesne & Sixth Garage located directly across from the Renaissance Hotel. The weekend parking rate is $8 per day. 

Schedule

Cocktail Hour - 6:00pm

Grab a drink and mingle with other guests. Directly after the ceremony, cocktail hour will take place upstairs on the 2nd floor in the Henry Mancini Room.

Reception - 7:00pm - 11:30PM

Make your way down to the Symphony Ballroom where you can enjoy dinner and dancing for the remainder of the evening.

Chicken: Bacon Wrapped Chicken Breast, Sweet Onion and Pennsylvanian Mushroom Ragout

Fish: Flash Seared Salmon, Baby Spinach & Dijon Cream

Vegetarian: Butternut Squash Risotto, Crispy Brussels, Manchengo Cheese

Sides: Olive Oil and Herb Roasted Fingerling Potatoes with Broccolini, Asparagus and Carrots
