#JustLiv

“1 universe, 9 planets, 204 countries, 809 islands, 7 seas… and I had the privilege of meeting you.”

After 2 years of dating, and still madly in love, we broke up in 2012. One month later, we were sitting on the back steps of a West Hollywood bar, having unexpectedly run into each other. I (Olivia) was numb and resolute. Justin was not, swearing that he would marry me "in a castle in Italy someday."

In the years that followed, we were told “It’s called first love for a reason.” Some said our relationship wouldn't survive the ambiguity, the distance. Thankfully, they were proven wrong, Justin was proven right, and exchanging vows at a castle in Italy this September will be a victorious moment.

Through the years of "complicated" relationship status,  we've learned to be at peace with the undefined and the unknown. Our journey taught us that there is no need to analyze, complicate, or fear the vulnerability of love, but to #JustLiv.

In 2009, we made eye contact at a Muse concert in Las Vegas, sparking an adventure in love, loss, and redemption. We dated long-distance until I (Olivia)  moved to Los Angeles one year later. Justin was the first man I'd truly ever truly fallen in love with, but I was forced to end the relationship in 2012. I then relocated to Las Vegas.

Despite the distance, Justin came back into my life. He had never swayed in his belief that I would one day be “his Queen,” but I was hesitant to become an official couple again. However, in 2018, the issues that had ended our relationship began to transform, and we made the relationship official for the first time in six years. Two months later, I (Justin) proposed on our trip to Bali, and she said "yes!" We celebrated our engagement in November 2019, in San Diego, and will say our vows in Italy on June22, 2023.

Because travel and finances are especially challenging in the post-covid era, the ceremony will be very intimate, but we've invested in a videographer so we can share the day with our families and friends back home. It is because of YOUR support, love, prayers, and counsel that our relationship has weathered life's storms; we are eternally grateful.
