The ceremony will be on grass, so ladies be mindful of your shoes!

Transportation will be provided to and from the wedding ceremony and reception. There will be 2 buses that will first pick up at Hyatt Regency, then will stop at Embassy Suites.

If you are staying at Hyatt Regency, please be in the lobby at 2:45pm. BUSES LEAVE HYATT REGENCY AT 3:00pm!!

If you are staying at Embassy Suites, please be in the lobby at 2:55pm. BUSES LEAVE EMBASSY SUITES AT 3:10pm!!

There will be 2 trips returning from the venue to the hotels. For anyone wanting to leave early, the shuttles will be departing the venue at 9:30pm. Final departure will be at 11:00pm!
