• Guests are welcome to join us at the venue on Friday anytime from 4pm onwards.
• We will be having a barbeque starting from 6pm at the Haycroft Clubhouse. Please let us know if you plan to attend so that we may cater for you.
• Food will be provided; you need only bring your preferred refreshments and alcoholic drinks.
• There will be limited soft drinks, beers, ciders, and wine available.
• Breakfast is unavailable at the venue but there are several lovely restaurants within a short drive of the venue in Howick as are listed on this website.
• If you are staying at the venue, you are welcome to bring any snacks or drinks you may want to have in the lead-up to the wedding.
• Please arrive at 2:00pm for a 2:30pm ceremony in the forest, followed by drinks, games, canapes by the lake and ending in main courses and dancing in the hall.
• While Soft drinks, wine, beers, and selected spirits will be included. For the rest, it will be on a cash basis.
