The best way to communicate with the resort if you should have the need regarding reservations is to either call this toll free number: (855)-747-7894. This is their central receiving line. While they will NOT be able to answer specific questions about the resort and may not be able to directly assist you with your room reservations, what they will do is take notes in their system and forward all inquiries to the in-house group handling our blocked room reservations. It will then take 24-48 hours before you hear back from the in-house group, but they will call or email you based on your preference. I confirmed with central receiving that when the in-house group calls you, you will NOT be charged any international fees. Your other option is to simply email: concierge@hyatt.com and someone will be in touch with you within 24-48 hours. Again, central receiving may not even be able to pull up our reservations when referencing Porath and Garcia wedding or our group code, but do not be alarmed, they will take down that information to pass on to the in-house group.

It is not required for you to call or email the resort to book your room, only if it is your preference. Otherwise, you can simply make your reservations directly through our wedding group link to access our blocked rooms, UNLESS you are booking a family-friendly room at the Hyatt Ziva Cap Cana Punta Cana. Accommodations are being held at the Hyatt Zilara Cap Cana (adults-only) and it is here where we have our blocked rooms. There is also a family-friendly side of the resort, Hyatt Ziva Cap Cana. Unfortunately we were not able to block any rooms here as they required a minimum of 20 room reservations per side, so for those who intend to stay at the family-friendly side of the resort, you can simply make your reservations through their website and if it asks anywhere to enter a group code, please reference G-GWED. If not, then please just ignore, this will not give any discounts.

The Hyatt Zilara and Ziva are listed as two different resorts but functionally are one FOR ADULTS ONLY as you get full access to all amenities including restaurants, pools, and a shared beach, with the exceptions of children unable to cross over to the adult side. Both are all-inclusive resorts so all food and drinks are included during your stay, as well as tips. Some amenities require an additional fee such as spa treatments and excursions.

Do I have to stay at the Hyatt Zilara or Hyatt Ziva?

We encourage you to stay at either the Hyatt Zilara Cap Cana (Adults-Only) or Hyatt Ziva Cap Cana (Family-Friendly), as all wedding events will be hosted on the resort grounds. Unfortunately the resort requires a steep fee to access the property if you are not a guest at the resort. A Wedding Day Pass has a cost of $135.00 per adult and $100.00 per child. A Regular Day Pass has a cost of $189.00 per adult and $130.00 per child.

We have 30 rooms blocked at the Hyatt Zilara Cap Cana Punta Cana Resort (Adults-Only). We do NOT have any rooms blocked at the Hyatt Ziva Cap Cana Punta Cana Resort (Family-Friendly). We apologize for any inconvenience for those who wish to stay at the family-friendly side. The resort required a minimum of 20 rooms to block per resort and we felt 20 on the family-friendly side was not realistic for our group.
