Hotel Accommodations
The host hotel for the weekend is Hotel RIU Palace Riviera Maya, a beautiful all-inclusive resort in Playa del Carmen, Mexico. We've negotiated a discounted room rate for our wedding guests. The all-inclusive room rates include shuttle transportation to and from the airport, as well as all meals and drinks on resort.

A $100 deposit is required to hold the room. Please place this deposit no later than August 15. From there you can pay off the room in installments until September.
We'll host wedding events starting Friday evening (Oct 28th) and Saturday (Oct 29th), so please arrive before then. We recommend guests arrive on Thursday, Oct 27th for adequate travel time and to get familiar with the resort.
Flights and Airport
Please book your flights to Cancun International Airport (CUN). Recommended travel dates are Thursday, October 27th to Sunday, October 30th. We're hosting wedding events on Friday evening and Saturday.
Passport
Get those passports ready!
Already have one? Double check that your passport doesn't expire BEFORE April 30, 2023. Legally, your passport must be valid for another six months before you depart for international travel.
It can take up to 4 months to process new passports, so visit travel.state.gov to secure yours ASAP.
