Guests can book a consult with a pharmacist for the best and most up to date information. There is typically a small fee for this but worth it if it gives them peace of mind.

Am I allowed to bring a plus-one?
Due to space constraints, we are not allowing additional plus-ones to our wedding, as we'd like to keep the guests list just to those who know us well. The name of every guest invited to attend our wedding is clearly listed on your invitation and no additional guests can be accommodated unless otherwise indicated. If you are interested in a loved one accompanying you to Mexico for this vacation, we support this – reach out to us and we will determine if this can be accommodated.
Am I allowed to bring my children?
We love your children, the resort is family friendly and we support you having a family vacation. However, due to space restrictions, we are only able to accommodate the children in our wedding party on our wedding day. We hope you understand and are able to make arrangements.
What type of food will be served at your wedding?
This is an all-inclusive resort that has many food options that should accommodate your food preferences through the week. The wedding is a private event that will have hors d'oeuvres and a buffet style meal following. Please state any food allergies when RSVP’ing and we will try to accommodate.
Where should we bring/send our wedding gift?
Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! If you would like to honor us with a gift, a wedding card box will be at our reception but we’d prefer an e-transfer for travel safety reasons. However, we would love our guests to socialize with each other, so we are requesting that each guest purchase a travel mug (link below) engraved with their name so all of our guests are easily identifiable to each other and conversations can ensue.
What time should I arrive at your wedding ceremony?
We recommend arriving at the ceremony venue at least 30 minutes ahead of the ceremony start time to ensure you have enough time to walk to the ceremony space (located at the beach gazebo) and find a seat.
What time will your wedding reception end? Is there an after-party?
Swing up to the bar at the reception and there will be details about the after-party.
Will there be other events to attend on the wedding weekend?
Yes. We will be organizing a golf outing as well as at least one other excursion. Details will be posted on this site at a later date.
All of our guests are invited to join us for a welcome cocktail party on the evening before our wedding - details TBD.
Am I allowed to take photos at your wedding?
We kindly ask that you keep our wedding "unplugged" and refrain from taking any photos or videos at our wedding. We want our guests to truly be in the moment with us during this special day. After the ceremony, guests are encouraged to take as many photos as they wish. We will have information on an upload location so everyone can share.
Can I post wedding photos on social media?
Please respect our privacy and don't share photos of our wedding on social media, as we'd like to make a formal wedding announcement with our professional images.
Is there anything I should bring as a guest?
Yes. We need you to bring your travel-mug-identification so our other guests can identify you. We also recommend guests bring some kind of emergency-preparedness kit for the stay throughout the week; however, if you find yourself short or have forgotten something, check in with us and we may have what you need!
