Buses will depart from the TownePlace Suites promptly at 3:30PM and 3:45PM. 

Buses will department from the Hampton Inn promptly at 3:45PM and 4:00PM.

Following the reception, buses will return to the hotels every 30 minutes, beginning at 9:00PM.
