The wedding ceremony is at 4:30pm at Church Sant Bartomeu de Alaro followed by the reception at Finca Son Berga, Alaro. 

As the wedding is later in the day, carriages is at 3am (standard for a Spanish wedding). There will be an option for the little ones and those with bumps to leave a bit earlier. 

UNPLUGGED - the wedding ceremony in the church and during the confetti throwing will be unplugged meaning the bride, groom and photographer ask that you refrain from taking pictures and just enjoy the moment! The bride and groom want to see all your faces on the pics and not your phones! 

To make our guests day as stress free as possible, transport will be provided for you to and from the wedding. 

Please do use the transport provided - otherwise you could be stranded in the middle of Mallorca!!!! 

Based on the large majority of guests staying at Tomir Suites we have been advised that this will be the main pick up and drop off point for transport. 

Buses will be parked at the bottom of the hill in the car park before you get to the hotel (this will make sense when you are there). 

Coach pick up time and address: 

Main pick up: The pick up time will be 3.20pm from the car park on the right hand side before hotel Tomir Portals Suites.

Location: Hotel Tomir Suites, with pick up point at the parking of hotel Leonardo (used to be OD Port Portals). Av. Tomàs Blanes Tolosa, 4, 07181 Portals Nous

Son Caliu Guests: There will be one bus that will collect guests staying at Hotel Son Caliu at 3.20pm before heading to Tomir to collect remaining guests.  

For those staying at other hotels/locations please make your way to Tomir Suites to get collected. 

We advise to arrive to Tomir Suites reception at 3pm where you can grab a drink and wait for collection. One of the bridal party will be on hand to direct/do a roll call! 

Please don't be late as the coach will leave without you! 

Making your way home after the wedding: 

Return transport has been organised for you and will drop the majority off at Tomir Suites. 

There will also be one bus doing a drop off at Hotel Son Caliu for guests staying there. If this is you make sure you get on the right bus home! 

For those not staying at Tomir Suites once dropped off you can phone a taxi to take you back to your hotel/Palma. The reception at Tomir Suites is already aware that some of you will need taxis in the early hours of the morning and will help you to organise. There is also the MarineLand taxi rank which is 24 hours and is 2 minutes walk from Tomir Suites.

Dress to impress!

We appreciate it will be hot to start with but early evening will soon be up on us...let the glam be upon us!!

We do want you to feel comfortable so floaty dresses & suits in lighter shades and materials will help keep you cool. 

No flip-flips, trainers or shorts and the wedding party will be wearing black-tie.

The venue has lots of cobbles to walk on so a wedge or block heel may be more suitable ladies.

3.00pm - meet at the transport pick up point and have a drink. 

3.20pm - transports leaves for the church and you can mingle with the wedding party. 

4.30pm - church ceremony!  

Transport takes you from the church to the reception (5 mins on the bus). There is a short walk from the bus drop off point to the church and back. 

6.00pm - cocktail reception at the wedding reception and canapes. 

8.00pm - dinner! 

10.30pm - let the dancing begin.... 

3.00am - call it a day and get ready for round 3! 

There is one small bus leaving at 1.30am for the little kiddies and those with bumps! 

Please come and join us to continue the celebrations at UM Chambao at 3.30pm where we will be hosting a "recovery" (aka hair of the dog) get together with food and of course drinks...

UM Chambao is a chiringuito which is essentially a beach bar - think dried palm trees and a chilled out vibe. 

Food and a selection of drinks will be on hand with a bit of music! The bride and groom will be putting on a BBQ early evening for everyone so no need to worry about your dinner (aka tea for all your northerners) just make sure you have lunch before. 

Round 3...the final...lets gooooooooo and bring your A GAME!!!

For those staying in Portals or Tomir Suites its just a short walk away to get to the venue so its much more convenient for you at home time.

We have it booked out until midnight hard core party go-ers. 

Ladies - think nice summer outfits and dresses, something that can see you through from the late afternoon into the evening for the party animals! 

Lads - shorts and a beach top or shirt (prize for the best beach shirt), again something that can see you through until the evening! 

Bring your swimwear if you fancy a dip in the sea or some beach games! There are changing rooms that you can use if you wish. 

P.S. we encourage everyone to wear WHITE however this is not mandatory so wear whatever you fancy.
