Libations & Light Bites
Thank you for making the journey to celebrate our wedding! Open bar and light bites to welcome you to the island. The Crooked Snook Tiki Bar is located at the Resort Pool Complex Deck in North Pointe. Accessible by catching the Trolley at the Trolley Stop located nearest your "On Resort" guest room.
No shoes, no problem! Dress is "Tommy Bahama" casual. October is still very warm on the island.
Guests of the South Seas Island Resort
Plan for the Island Trolly to transport you from the Trolly Stop closest to your hotel room, to Sunset Pointe, where a tropical drink will greet you. Stop locations and times will be provided to you at Check-In and the schedule will also be available at Welcome Drinks. Remember, at the ceremony location, the closest restroom is a half mile walk down the beach!
Guests with Other Accommodations
Plan to secure transportation to and from the South Seas Island Resort. The Trolly will transport you from the Resort's front designated parking area, near reception, to Sunset Pointe, for the ceremony.
Reception
After the ceremony, the trolley will transport guests to the Sunset Pavilion. Enjoy a tropical dinner and drinks. Bring your dancing shoes!

4:40pm: Off Property Guest Pickup at the Conference Center Parking Lot
4:45pm: Tennis Villas Guest Pickup at 3200 Building
5:00pm: Marina Villa Guest Pickup at 700 Building
5:05pm: Harbourside Guestroom Pickup at the 1700 Building Breezeway
5:10pm: Guests taken to Sunset Pointe
5:15pm: Wedding Party Pickup at Bridal Suite
5:30pm: Ceremony Begins at Sunset Pointe
6:00pm: All guests taken to Sunset Pavilion
11:00pm Late Night Pickup at Sunset Pavilion
