To make things simple, we've hired a travel agent to help our guests arrange accommodation. We've chosen to stay at the Hyatt Zilara Cap Cana We would encourage you to stay with us!

Many details are below, but here are a few IMPORTANT things to note:
1. Only have 1 person from your party make a room reservation using the form below. Don't have 2 people in the same room fill out the form.
2. We recommend groups of 2 reserve rooms for optimal comfort, but rooms can accommodate up to 3 guests. We've quoted prices for groups of 2 below, check with our travel agent to see what the rates would be for a room with additional occupants.
3. Shared Transportation to and from the airport are included in your booking price. No need to arrange a taxi when arriving or leaving Jamaica.
4. To guarantee availability and our discounted group pricing, please put down your retainer with our agent as soon as possible!

The overall 750-room resort complex is shared with Hyatt Ziva Cap Cana, all within the same 40+ acre oceanfront site. Conveniently located only 15 minutes from Punta Cana International Airport, the beautiful, dual-branded all-inclusive resort will look over a quarter mile of powdery, white-sand beaches. The closest airport to the resort is Punta Cana International Airport (PUJ).

We recommend booking your flights as early as you can. You may book your air via your favorite airline.

Flight details are due on January 6th, 2023, or included transfers will be forfeited. Note that transfers are included from the airport to the wedding resort and from the wedding resort to the airport on your individual resort accommodation check-in date and your resort check-out date.

PLEASE READ!
Rooms reserved at a discounted rate, on a first-come, first-served basis. Our agents will do their best to honor the discounted rate outside the current room block, however, the early-booking discount is not guaranteed. The sooner you reserve with your deposit, the better.

The discounted rate is an ALL-INCLUSIVE room rate and includes shared roundtrip airport transfer.

If you book at a different hotel/resort, you will not be able to partake in activities leading up to the wedding and/or wedding ceremony without incurring additional fees for daily passes starting rates usually start at $150.00 per person.

We are confident in our pricing but if you were to find a cheaper “deal” outside of YVP, LLC please allow us an opportunity to price match. We would like to do our best to keep family and friends consolidated at the resort for accountability.

Lastly, when booking your reservation please ensure to fill out the Credit Card Authorization form, it is the last step of the reservation process. You don't have to pay all at once! Book early and take advantage of the Easy Monthly Payment Plan. It is interest-free! All you have to do is submit your secured payment form online. It will give Your Vacation Plan, LLC (or our affiliates) permission to debit your Debit OR Credit Card for any amount you choose, and how often you choose.

A minimum non-refundable deposit of $150 per person is due no later than October 25th, 2022. in order to secure your room and shared roundtrip airport/resort/airport transportation.

* If you are booking a single room (only 1 guest in the room) your non-refundable deposit is $250.00
