We're very excited to have you join us for our wedding.
We've chosen to stay at Planet Hollywood Cancun, Costa Mujeres. To make things simple, we've hired a Travel Agent, Kerry, to help our guests make travel arrangements. She has secured discounted group rates for us at the resort.
Many details are below, but here are a few IMPORTANT things to note:
1. We have secured seats on the March 4th - March 11th flight with Sunwing. The flight is direct from Thunder Bay to Cancun. For our family and friends not travelling from Thunder Bay, please contact Kerry as she is aware of our out of town guests and will find you group prices from your destination!
2. A minimum non-refundable deposit of $250 per person is due in order to secure your room and seat on the flight.
3. To guarantee availability and discounted pricing, please put down your deposit as soon as possible! We only have so many rooms reserved. Once we exceed that, there are no guarantees for rooms or prices.

Advance seat selection is available for a fee:
Elite Plus seating ( more legroom- not a bigger seat) at front of aircraft or in the exit rows $100 per person round trip
Preferred seating- you will be in a seat closer to the front of the aircraft ( up to row ten) $60.00 per person
Regular seating - if you prefer to select your seat in advance, you can do so for $40 per person.
Otherwise, you can select your seat for free 24 hours in advance, when you do your online check in !
Seat selection is first come first served.
