We are so excited that you can join us! In order to secure your space, simply follow the booking process listed below:
1. Click on the "YOUR TRAVEL PACKAGE" tab on the left (or scroll down) to learn more about the details and pricing of your custom travel package we have put together through our dedicated group travel specialist
2. Under the package prices, you can click onto the "Click here to book" link or access that same link here:

3. A booking request form will pop up that you must fill out. The following information will be required to complete the booking request form:
- BRIDE & GROOM NAME: JENNA AND KEVIN
- TRAVEL AGENT NAME: AMANDA
* Make sure that you also have your passport and credit card information handy to complete these details on the booking request form.
4. The deposit required is $300.00 per person. This initial deposit is non-refundable and due by June 11, 2021 in order to secure your reservation.
5. Once you have submitted the booking request form, Amanda will process your booking and secure your space. If you prefer to call her to discuss your booking, please feel free to reach out to Amanda with any questions you may have beforehand. Please note, the booking request form must be completed in order to process your booking.
6. Once your booking has been processed, an invoice will be issued and payment will be processed within 72 hours.
7. Should you wish to make additional payments after your initial deposit, simply click on the "Make A Payment" tab on the left (or scroll down), and click on the payment form link.
SCHEDULE OF PAYMENT DUE DATES FOR YOUR TRIP (pricing is per person):
- June 11, 2021 - Initial Deposit of $300.00
-September 1, 2021- Final payment due

We have reserved a block of rooms, based on the number of nights you would like to stay. Please see the suggested arrival dates based on your length of stay.
7 night stay- December 9-16, 2021
5 night stay- December 9-14, 2021
3 night stay- December 10-13, 2021
INCLUSIONS IN YOUR CUSTOM TRAVEL PACKAGE:
Accommodation at the Hyatt Ziva Rose Hall in Jamaica.
SINGLE RATE- Based on 1 adult in the room
DOUBLE RATE- Based on 2 adult's sharing a room
TRIPLE RATE- Based on 3 adult's sharing the room
CHILD RATE- Based on a child sharing the room with an Adult between the ages of 2-12.

MAKE A PAYMENT
Once you have completed your booking by providing the initial deposit required, you are welcome to make additional payments through the year. Please do so by filling out our secure request form below.

WHAT IS REQUIRED AT THE TIME OF BOOKING:
We require that all guests travelling complete the Booking Request Form. When completing the form, you will be asked to input the following information for JENNA and KEVIN's wedding group

HOW DO I GET A CUSTOM QUOTE?
If you are interested in options for dates that are outside of the current group block, or would like a different room category quoted, please fill out the Booking Request Form and in the comments section, ask for a quote. Include in your comments which duration and/or room category you would like more information on. Or, you can always contact Amanda directly via email or phone.
HOW LONG DOES THE QUOTING PROCESS TAKE FOR A CUSTOM QUOTE?
When you request a customized quote, please allow up to 14 days to receive pricing back. Reserving space for a group is a unique process and is different than booking a family vacation or doing it online. We want to ensure everyone is included in our group booking at the resort, so please inquire with our travel agent.
WHAT DOES ALL INCLUSIVE MEAN?
Your booking includes a room at the all inclusive resort. All Inclusive means that all of your meals, snacks, drinks, entertainment, non-motorized water sports, etc are included.
DO I NEED A PASSPORT?
Yes, passports are required to enter JAMAICA. Its also important to note that your passport must all not expire within 6 months AFTER travel in order to travel.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I NEED TO CANCEL MY TRIP?
We strongly recommend trip cancellation insurance and out of country insurance. This provides peace of mind and protects your trip in the event you need to cancel. We use TRIP MATE Insurance for all of our coverage and recommend the CFAR Plan. Please inquire with Amanda.
If you need to cancel your booking, you must notify Glow Travel immediately. Cancellation charges are calculated based on the date that Glow Travel is notified in writing of the cancellation.
CANCELLATION CHARGES
At the time of cancellation, the following cancellation fees will be applicable:
91 days or more prior to departure date- Loss of deposit
90 days or less prior to departure date-100% of the total cost including taxes, fees and surcharges per person.
* Total cost means all money due and/or paid to Glow Travel and Events.
