Come say hi by the pool at Grand Fiesta Americana for some appetizers and drinks.
Dress Code:
Men can go in anything from a collared button down with slacks to a casual suit. No tie is required.
Women can opt for a fun and flirty dress or a casual cocktail ensemble. Please refrain from wearing red.
1. What should I wear? Is there a dress code?
The dress code for our wedding is formal/semi-formal attire. Ladies may wear a floor-length gown, or a knee-length cocktail dress, a pantsuit, or dressy separates. Gentlemen may wear a black or dark suit and tie or a sports coat. We would appreciate if we could keep the color theme pastel or earth tone with no prints for women. Thank you.
2. What will the weather be like this time of year?
The climate pleasant in that locality the month of March. Temperatures are up to 76°F. The seasonal minimum is 72°F. Thus, the mean temperature average in march in Los Cabos is 74°F. It could get chilly during at night.
3. Where are the ceremony and the reception taking place?
Both the wedding and reception will be held at Sunset Monalisa.
We will be providing transportation from Grand Fiesta Americana to Sunset Monalisa on the day of the Wedding.
4. Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?
Wedding ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoor at Grand Panorama overlooking the beautiful views at Sunset Monalisa.
Reception will be indoor at Cava Di Vini reception area of Sunset Monalisa.
5. What happens after the ceremony?
After the ceremony, the bridal party will be taking pictures nearby for about an hour. Guests can head straight to the reception hall where we will be serving Hors d’Oeuvre and beverages.
6. Does your wedding have a theme?
We would appreciate if guests could wear pastel or earth tone color dresses with no prints. Thank you.
7. Are there other wedding events I can attend?
A welcome mixer will be held at Grand Fiesta Americana around 5:00pm on March 18, 2022.
There will be a sunset send off party on March 20th (Sunday).
8. What should I do if I can’t make it?
You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no” so we can plan accordingly.
10. What time should I arrive?
We recommend that you arrive an hour before the start of the ceremony, to make sure everyone is on time and we can get the party started as scheduled.
11. Can I bring a date?
We have a strict guest list to stay on budget. Our wedding is strictly RSVP only.
12. Do you have a hotel block for guests? Where do you recommend I stay?
Guests are free to stay at any location of their choice, but for your convenience we have reserved a block of rooms at Grand Fiesta Americana Los Cabos at a special rate.
To take advantage of this special rate, you must make reservation no later than December 19, 2021.

13. When is the RSVP deadline? Do I need to mail back my RSVP or can I do it online?
Please RSVP by December 31. Please RSVP on this website.
14. Will food and drinks be served at the reception? What kind of food?
Hors d'oeuvres and drinks will be served during cocktail hour followed by plated dinner at the reception.
15. Will there be any vegan/vegetarian/gluten free/special diet options?
Will be provided 2 months before the wedding.
16. Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?
Yes, we encourage guests to post pictures on to their social media channels, our only request is that you tag each photo with our wedding hashtag #HosInLosCabos #LocHosInLove #Ivan&JenWeddingDay so we can keep track of all of your pictures!”
