Vaccination and Testing Requirements

We are very excited to have you join our wedding celebration! We want this to be a fun & joyous occasion for all, while also being mindful of your health and well-being.  To ensure everyone's safety and to comply with California law, all guests must fulfill the following requirement prior to the festivities:

Proof of COVID vaccination at least 2-3 weeks prior to our wedding

or

Results of a negative PCR COVID test within 72 hours of our wedding

We will be reaching out separately to confirm that all guests are vaccinated or tested.  If you have any questions about this requirement, please call or email Kelly or Joey.

Other Covid Precautions

Per Santa Clara County law, face masks are required indoors.  Since our church ceremony is indoors, guests will be required to wear a mask.  Also, please note that households will be spaced at least three feet apart in the church.  In order to ensure this spacing, we will have a seating chart, and the ushers will help you find your assigned seat.

The reception will be entirely outdoors, so masks will not be required.

Dress Code

Cocktail attire please!  (Not sure what this means?  See this description). Please note that the majority of the reception will be outdoors, on a brick patio.

What Time Should I Arrive?

The ceremony begins at 2 pm.   Since an usher will need to help you find your assigned seat before 2 pm, please plan to arrive about 15 minutes earlier.

What Should I Do After the Ceremony?

After the ceremony, there will be approximately a two-hour gap before the 5 pm reception.  Since both the church and the reception venue are within a short walk of downtown Los Altos, we recommend visiting the stores, coffee shops, or bars in the downtown area.  We will have a list of some of the options available at the church.

RSVP

Please RSVP by mailing back the RSVP card included in your invitation.  If you're unable to mail the card back, you can also RSVP by emailing either Joey or Kelly.
